    I raised dpi and defensive holding up to 70 and am seeing them far more frequently

    So to answer the question from earlier, yes, all the penalty sliders work

          Actually, the traps haven't been working for me as well as last year. I did make adjustments to my sliders though, so that may have something to do with it. The running is challenging but like always you can make a sub-par HB have a good game if you're good on the sticks.

            Has anyone been able to sim CFM 10 years or so to see how progression and regression is turning out?

                Madden 16 Q/A thread

                Anyone else seeing some of their players disappear? Like you can even switch to that spot and see the circle under them. They even get blocked but, the player is not there. I had it happen several times in the game I just finished. One play had two players gone. I'm sure it's a glitch. I'll have to make a video of it for the glitch thread.

                    So would you guys say the game is worth getting? I haven't got a PS4 yet and Madden is the only game I usually play. Didn't think 15 was worth it last year (at least couldn't justify buying a console for it). I really do miss playing an NFL game though and might cave this time around. I'm a big CFM player. Any positives? Thanks.

                        Could anyone tell me how many scouting points they're getting per week in CFM? I've seen 150 and 175 and I was wondering if there's any other numbers out there. Also, do you think controlling and scouting for all 32 teams would allow me to scout the entire draft and every position fully so that I could know everything about every player?

                                I didn't see an answer come up for it so I finally tried myself last night with EA access.


                                I was playing 15 min quarters with runoff to 13 seconds. While on defense I super simmed 3 plays. All 3 were run plays. A total of about 12 seconds came off the clock.


                                Small sample size, sure. Could say...oh maybe the rb went out of bounds.


                                But that was enough for me to say it is the same as it has been. So it makes it tough to do a player CFM, unless you want to play about 7 min quarters and never have TOP match up. And then feel cheap when you run the playclock down at the end of the game because it is a bigger portion of the quarter.


                                Oh well maybe next year


                                Edit - And it is a pretty simple logical change too. Take what they have for the clock runoff per play (looks to be the actual time the play took.) If not OB, not an incomplete pass, or not a penalty, add the clock runoff time to the time for the next play.


                                I didn't check the end of game run the clock out, but I would assume that will work the same if the rest of the super sim engine hasn't changed. Super sim, lose about 5 seconds per play.
