Has anyone noticed an increase in difficulty on All-Pro? I want to go back to that difficulty but it was just too easy, maybe the patch has improved on this.
Like I mentioned a few posts up, I definitely feel like I have less time to throw on average on default All-Pro. I'm basically looking at two reads off the snap, then glancing back to the pocket to determine if I should scramble, throw away or stay in and keep looking. If I try to look for a third before checking the pocket, the rush is getting on me more often than not.

Defense seems to be a mixed bag. My first game I hung 48 on Houston with Dallas, but my first game in this test franchise I'm playing is a very realistic 34-20 with 3 minutes to go save for penalties, which are too low at 50 as it was pre-patch. I'll worry about those next, just want to get a feel for how the defaults are first. Even so, I did have a DPI call basically decide the first CPU vs CPU game I ran post patch, so they're still in there for sure.

I agree default All-Madden is unplayable. Every QB is Robo QB and the wide receivers are wide open on every play. Have to tweak some sliders majorly and I bet it's playable.

my concern is confidence and how much do you gain now and do you lose it more realistically, right now I do the work around in cfm where no one gets drive goals.

does the RB get subbed in more now.

Sidenote that not many seem to care about: they never fixed the issue where when using Zoom cam the "QB cam" option cannot be turned off in CFM (you can turn it off all you want, but it doesn't work/doesn't save).

Re: The Biggest Madden Patch Ever Arrives Today, New Mode and Various Bug Fixes

For anyone on XBOX1...I have a bunch of vids uploaded on my profile Ninjadoc48 page. Lots of great takeaways there. So notes:

              1. I might need to do a clean re-install. Just to be sure as some who have are giving great feedback.
              2. CPU is bringing the pain on default All Pro. Played CFM with the bucs and in game 2...saints are a pain in my arse. Ingram burned me for 135 and 2 TDs. 42 points scored overall. Which never happens and I was furious. What was worse...in the pivotal drive of the game where the pressure was on...saints really came after me and I felt hammered...and then they got to Mr crabs and he fumbled with a hard strip sack. I was crushed. I cussed...I contemplated throwing my controller...and then smiled.
              3. Confidence is tuned nicely. I could care less about XP. I wish that mess would go away ll together but I do monitor the confidence and it maybe goes up depending on great gmes. In 3 regular season games, Evans has tore up the league with TDs...I think he went up 2 CP. Like it. Chicken parm you taste so good
              4. FA are signed nicely. Weird how I never thought but this pre...but I noticed it right away a when it started happening. I went to engage in the signing...normally either you give the asking price or beat it. Now...RE Jaques Smith fits my scheme and he is happy here (might have something to do with it) ...he went 5mil below asking which was awesome a d concerning. What are others seeing. Is it too easy to resign now. I wonder if scheme and happiness matter.
              5. Rookies are nicely tuned. I might have to redo my traits roster as I agressively edited ratings. I really wish equipment guy at EA knew how big of a problem this is.

Overall great times. Enjoying it a great deal. Worth a rebut if you ask (assuming you traded away).

I will be the black sheep here. But after 2 games I'm not seeing any big changes. Not a bad thing though. Just not having the night and day experience most people are getting. Actually I feel the game easier than before.

Not sure. 1st game. Me Giants vs Cowboys. I lost. Got 0 drive confidence.

But the next game I won and I got 2+ just for drive goals. My TE got 8+

I don't know what they did but so far I'm not seeing any changes on confidence.

Before this patch the drive goals were already tuned down. But I don't know what they did for this patch.

I need more games to see how it develop. May be I get 4 or 5 straight games without any drive goals confidence boost.

But with so many games I'm not sure if I still have the strength to keep "testing"

What I feel is the CPU offense is not doing well. Cowbos, Falcons and now Redskins are really struggling. This makes my game mucho more easier. Maybe they are fluke. Again need more games to see what are changes and what is madden randomness

Im not seeing much difference at all. Can still bomb streaks no prob. defensive cam fixed. Kick returns seem far to easy now. Returned three in last two games, none in previous seven games before patch.

I don't know what happened or why. CPU offense just can't move the ball no more.

I played 3 games and I don't feel to continue playing. This is a example. But all 3 games played similar. No CPU offense.

I'm also finding the deep ball to be extremely easy now. Competed 4 out of 5 bombs.

I know the Redskins offense are not good. But Falcons should be good. Cowboys did average though.

Maybe I will try all madden for first time. To bad had been getting awese cfm on all pro default. And I was 5-5 so it's not that I'm good either.

Having the same issue. Won my last two games by at least 35 pts. I play as the Redskins on all pro default.

And re: penalties, I see all kinds, but I'm less of a stickler for exact numbers than others. So long as I see a variety and they actually effect the game some, I'm fine.

Re: bcruise's point about the CPU pass rush, I totally agree. As KC, Carlos Dunlap sacked me 4 times. He just beat the piss out of Eric Fisher. I had to alter my gameplay for him. Against a good rush, you can't just hang out in the pocket, and you get through 2 reads before you gotta go. I like that.

I think the clean install and fresh start makes a difference in the experience.
