I thought in a previous (similar) thread it had been said that this was the intended result of RB speed? Outside of Jamaal Charles and Jeremy Langford, there really are no other burners at RB in the league anymore. Rarely is an RB the fastest guy on the field in the NFL.

Man, that guy is definitely a huge outlier. I've done probably 50+ drafts in both offline and online CFM's and never seen a 6'2" guy like that. I can understand being annoyed by it, but at the same time he's so rare he's one of those elusive "once in a generation" players. I think that's pretty cool because in all of my drafts I've only come across a few of those.

Also, what website are you viewing his player card in? That Madden CFM site doesn't look like that for me...

Yeah, i noticed him after the combine saying 4.27 and i knew i would go after him because i traded with a team who ended up with the 5th pick. Since he was projected 2nd round i just moved back repetitively until there were other users behind me and grabbed him.

BTW the site we are using is daddyleagues.com

How high would you guys be on this player if he was normal development?

Reason I am asking is I just drafted a WR in my franchise with 98 speed, 95 acc 94 agi, receiving stats very similar if I remember right, but he is normal progression. Also drafted a 6'4 guy in the 2nd with 98 speed but his agi and acc are 86 and 87 if I remember right, but he is also normal development.

I drafted him not knowing his dev trait, normal id still be fine with it

Corner, te, and dt are the same way. Freaks all throughout the draft. Meanwhile good luck drafting a safety good enough to make a roster
They have higher speed, but their terrible acceleration and agility make them play slower

That player is just insane. Might be the best I've seen on these forums in terms of being an outlier. Most of the Michael Vick QBs or the Marshawn Lynch RBs that have been posted in other threads have proven to be easily replicable every 3-4 years, but I dont think I've seen a guy like that.

The only complaints you could have is that he's lowish on release and spec catch, which are the hardest WR intangibles to upgrade, but with SS dev that probably won't be a challenge either.
                    Cow. Boys.

Got a RB to post a 4.46 last night so that must be ultra rare.

Too bad every draft produces a Vick/Rodgers hybrid super QB and I have to deleted my cfm.

I wish we could edit ratings after a draft when you see the draft class. I am sick of getting all these elite 92+ speed QB's that throw like Aaron Rodgers.

I wish I could drop the speed down to something more realistic so it didn't break the game.
