Will you be able to give impressions once the blogs are released?Comment

I'll have to check with them at that point. I kinda doubt it. I'll definitely be able to go more in-depth with how things work though.Comment

I was going to snark back pretty fierce but decided against it
The blogs dictate what I can talk about. As those get narrowed down, I can get narrowed down.Comment

Can tackle battle be turned off? Where either of your 2 favorite things mentioned in this first blog about the running game?Comment

When referring to the moves and affiliated animations, the latest article states...
"Based on the special-move ratings (and body weight in some cases), ball carriers will use an animation that ranges all the way from ‘Elite’ to ‘Lumbering’."
...but doesn't specify if it's taking body weight of the ball-carrier AND defender into account (ex. while trucking), or just the ball-carrier.
Do you know if the defenders weight is taken into consideration as well as the ball-carriers?Comment

I'll also offer a little extra information. It certainly does break you out of most tackle animations, but it also heavily penalizes you on speed and acceleration coming out of the battle, so the defense has the opportunity to clean up. It also does not pop up on every single tackle.Comment

AFAIK tackle battle cannot be turned off. At least, it wasn't in the build we played.
