Re: I've played ~40 hours of Madden 17: AMAlmost Anything (Answers in first post)
One of my peeves in Madden has been how any User defenders can ad lib like Troy Polamalu, with little to no consequences, regardless of their players assignment/responsibility within the play called.
Do these changes potentially effect that in anyway and if so, how?
Edit: Just saw jfsolo asked something similar but I would still like further clarification if possible.Comment

Lol. THIS is a good question. Based on the better overall tackling I saw in M16, I would hope NOT!!! However, if this occurs, man, oh man, will that look ugly. 'Hey fellas, don't mind me, I'm just having a tackle battle with the RB. Don't bother helping out, it will be over once I press this button'. LolComment

Can backs make one cut, plant their foot and hit the hole with explosiveness like Ezekiel Elliot?Comment

I don't know that the locomotion has been tuned in such a way that would satisfy you, with the way this question is worded.Comment

Re: I've played ~40 hours of Madden 17: AMAlmost Anything (Answers in first post)
Just got confirmed that auto flip flips responsibilities ONLY, not positioning.
Also, to clear something up: tackle battle, in essence, replaces the 1-1 dice roll broken tackles that would happen in the game with something interactive. It's not long and drawn out like Pro-Tak used to be. It's contact>button>result in a few frames.Last edited by mrprice33; 05-18-2016, 06:22 PM.Comment

Just like in theory you can shoot 100% from the free throw line in 2k with Deandre Jordan.
There's an element of player control to it, but the randomized button presses keep you from spamming, and if you try to guess it and guess wrong it's an instant fail.Comment
