Also, can we make sure we keep this to Q+A? Non topic stuff clutters the thread for people looking for Qs and As

will there be more of an interaction between ball carrier following blocker? An animation where they're actually putting their hand out to follow the blocker or bounce off left or right?

There's nothing worse then running into the back of your blocks. I know you should hit burst right away, but this animation needs to be in there.

Does defensive line play feel any different? Last year it felt like it was pretty random where good defensive linemen could be thrown down easily by sub par offensive linemen.

            Probably a bit too impression-y

Are they using the same score bug 3 years in a row? Surely not

It's only hurt the game and you can find countless videos showing the ridiculous outcomes real-time physics has caused. So many new problems got introduced by adding RTP, issues that can't be fixed just because of how RTP works.

I'll take well done standard motion capture over what was nothing more than a passing fad in football games any day. I'm tired of flailing limbs and folding bodies. I'm tired of all the silly looking outcomes that happen because RTP has to play out.

It was a nice idea, but it didn't work, it died right in front of us, and we're just dragging a dead carcass now.
RTP in any sports game is awful and looks bad with all the rag doll effects that happen. Like this guy said I will take well done Mo Cap. over real time video game physics any day.

I'm not sure. It didn't come up enough for me to make a definitive statement.

Speaking of the last 2 minutes, I have a question for people in this thread:

if accelerated clock is ON, you want it on during the last 2 minutes of halves/games, right? Currently it turns off and I think it's the worst.

YES. It is the worst. There is nothing more stupid than giving up a play to the CPU to get in FG range and then hitting the play call screen at :2 and having them be able to get off a FG which also brings up the issue of there not being a huddle break for special teams plays. I know realistically there isn't one because of players just coming on the field and lining up but it's more just about the timing than anything. This also reminded me of other clock issues where when players would get injured the clock would never start back up after the play.

Well the accelerated clock is supposed to simulate that huddle break. Without it, series in the last 2 minutes aren't nearly as stressful as they should be and it throws off how many plays get run in those scenarios. Probably will be the same for 17 but I will absolutely be talking to people about it for 18.
