Okay, I used custom roster plus DG workaround...

I'm starting to think that because the workaround creates a "USER v USER" scenario, that MAY be the culprit...

It'll be interesting to see if that holds up to other's experience...

I was on ps4. You could see snow on the ground for example but you couldn't see it falling. Same with rain.

        Re: Weather Improvements in 17?

There's a very long thread about this from earlier this year, and I don't think that there was any real agreement on causes, other than it seems to be dry in northern cities moreso than Southern ones. I play as the Dolphins, and it rains in Miami ALL the time. I also see rain frequently while playing in New Jersey and Buffalo, for what its worth. I would also say that if I ever had to restart a game for some reason, the odds of that same game having rain, regardless of location, seem to be 50/50. For whatever reason, the problem that so many have had never effected me at all.

My thought in that thread, is that perhaps playing while connected to the internet (including single player offline franchise) effects it in some way. I have horrible internet at my home, so I only connect to do roster updates and the like. It seems like many/most people have their PS4 connected all the time.
Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.
