Post-draft: What team intrigues you most for M18?

I'm kinda looking at the Chiefs right now. They're on a team on the cusp, but the Alex Smith/Patrick Mahomes storyline could be fun to play out. Plus I'm not sold on Ware as an every down back, so there's still some moves to be made offensively.

The Jacksonville Jaguars, Fournette, Cam and Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns, a stout defense, its a make or break year for Bortles

I'm excited for the Chargers this year. Young O-line to groom around Rivers Successor. Whom ever is after Rivers will have a top 5 WR/TE core (IF HEALTHY).
Defense - Still leaves room for moves to be made and scouting.

This is a small defense, that needs to get bigger and physical.


Outside of being a Homer. Texans with a new QB that just needs to protect the ball.

Definitely, want to play with my Ravens again. Pass rush should be fire. If they fix man coverage this would be the perfect team to man press bump and run and blitz out of the sub packages.

Texans: Watson + Hopkins/Fuller + Miller/Foreman

Watson will probably be an awesome Madden QB

Bengals: Dalton + Green/Ross + Mixon/Gio/Hill + Eifert?!

Going to be an offensive dream in Madden

Ravens: They went D heavy so if you take them you get to build with offense through future drafts. Stock rookies tend to do pretty well over the long term

Cardinals- They're gonna have a sick secondary with Budda, Honey Badger and Peterson.

Panthers- Cam/McCaffrey/Samuel dassit.

I would go with the Jaguars, Bucs, Panthers, Raiders, and Browns.

Browns.

Garrett is going to be a beast, Peppers is a solid pick, offseason they added some O-line help, plus is Gordon coming back? If so, Gordon, Coleman and Njoku on offense plus the picks for next year and the quarterback heavy draft next year. It's definitely the most intriguing in terms of building a team.

Plus I almost want to struggle on offense as a quarterback next year after this years QB super accuracy for most of the year.

Also, I like choosing cold weather/outdoor stadium teams when I'm not rolling with the Cowboys because of the different lighting graphics and atmosphere you get.

Browns for sure. I hate their uniforms, might relocate them if they touch up relocation (wish they'd just let us rebrand) but that team is gonna be fun to build.

Easily my Bucs. OJ Howard added with Mike Evans, DJax, and Brate. Plus Godwin for more speed coming in for relief.

Madden wise this will be one of the better offensive teams to play with...

Stewart / McCaffrey / (Gonna move Samuel to HB so I can line him up in the backfield from time to time, but will main as the slot receiver)

WR-
Benjamin / Funchess / Samuel / Byrd / Johnson (Last three all 91-96/97 speed based on 40s)

TE-
Olsen (will need a nice compliment at TE #2)

And the offensive line should be back to form with three pro-bowl interior linemen (Norwell/Kalil/Turner) we drafted a 2nd round RT, and Matt Kalil and Oher should suffice early on.

Going to be so many different looks and personnel options available, guys who can take it the distance, and guys to go up on the outside and over the middle with size, I can't wait!

Defensively we should also be pretty stout especially in the front seven, we drafted Hall at DE, and Peppers / Addison / Johnson can lead the pass rush early on. Bradberry should be one of the better young DBs. The only real area that will need some youth is SS, as Mike Adams is slow and old.

However if the pass rush is getting home, and we rotate Boston on passing downs it should be a nice mix.

Browns had 3 first rounders this year..then next year they got 5 picks in the first two rounds. Doesn't get much better than that for team building

In general it was a very strong draft class, so all teams should have some players who are great to develop.

For me the most intriguing team is the Browns. The 3 first-rounds should be fun, all very young and athletic. In the 2nd round they have got Kizer, who is athletic and should get at least 92+ THP. You can build up accuracy easily, so the guy should work as a Madden QB. So that roster will be fun definitely.

When playing online, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars will be the first teams I mess around with.

In franchise, I love the potential with the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Chargers.
