Try pausing and unpausing the download. If you're on a PS4 you can also try downloading in rest mode as I've noticed it downloads faster there, just make sure to check up on it to make sure it's downloading.

Sometimes that happens to me. I have a PS4. I usually restart the machine and it starts downloading again.

Okay I'll try that. I just left it on all night and assumed it would be done by morning

PS4 downloads faster in rest mode. Also make sure you aren't close to the limit on HD space. I bought the game from my phone and had it download to my system only to discover that it had cancelled because there wasn't enough space.

I have pretty good internet and use an ethernet cable and the game + patch took about an hour and a half to completely download. If you are using wifi try to stay off of it while it downloads, and while the patch is downloading try to make sure you arent actually in the game as it seems to dl faster
