Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
I actually meant to send it there lol I was moving too fast and honestly I didn’t look. I’ll give it a look wen I get to the game but it’ll be tough to judge because I was already in week 15 before the patch so won’t be a good sample size

Played a few down to the last possession games. The CPU clock management seems to be fixed perfectly.

Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
I had read a thread prior to this patch that sim stats were goofed a bit with SS abilities turned on in franchise (pass rushers getting way too many sacks, Rogers throwing way too many picks).
Can anyone confirm whether or not full-season sim stats with SS abilities on have been evened out, assuming this earlier thread was correct in stating that there were some imbalances?
I haven't had a chance to look for myself since the patch dropped and may not for another day or so.Comment

I can say that the fumble/hit stick thing is defly still alive and well but like someone said earlier.. raising fumble to 75 seems to be a good look. You’ll still see them.. but not as often like an arcade game. The hit stick animations seem to be the biggest thing, along with bad zone coverage and defenders not attacking the ball carrier. You give up big gains because your ai defender doesn’t pursue the ball carrier.. he just backpedals .

Yea he had a pretty ridiculous season. 4000 in the air and 1000 on the ground. All within scheme too.. that’s encouraging because last Madden mobile QBs were basically useless

Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
Played 2 games last night on all pro sim default sliders. The new double team feature is great and slowed down some of the pass rush. Look forward to using it more.
I am convinced I just cannot play defense in this game. No matter what plays I call, sliders I adjust, or coaching adjustments I make the CPU just lights me up. Deshaun Watson started 16/16 on me yesterday. Every receiver is always wide open. All Pro has actually been challenging for me this year which is a welcome change, however I wish CPU passing was not as unstoppable as it seems.Comment

Same. I give up way too many yards and points and it’s ridiculous. No matter what I call. Funny thing is I created a ton of INTs tho. But besides the point. It grinds my gears. Default settings there are no inaccurate passes... CPU is just money.

The average NFL game is 120 plays give or take a few. The last few games I've played default All-Pro 15 minute quarters with accelerated clock on 12. I've been getting realistic stats and games.

Yup. 12 sec Acc clock is the right spot, imo. I looked up the avg number of plays for nfl and found this
Answer (1 of 5): For 2016, the average number of plays in total per team per game was 151. That includes offense, defence, penalties, punts, kickoffs, and PAT & FG attempts.
If u look at the reference given, this actually includes FG attempts, xtra pt attempts, punts, and KOs, just FYI. So, their avg was 134-168 plays per game. Again, this includes kicking the ball as well.
But yeah, I’m getting my play count right in this wheelhouse. Last 2 games were 143 and 153 plays. Again, I’m counting the kicking plays as well to match this reference data.

Classic EA... Release a patch that fixes a few things only to break other things... Every time a play is selected on defense there's a screen flicker and you have to press the button again. Here's a vid: https://twitter.com/i/status/1163991063910125569
Lol. Yup. I was gonna catch a vid of this and share as well. Glad someone already has. Lol. This isn’t a game breaking thing, thankfully, but it is def annoying.
Also, the double team mechanic has something where u zoom out as you’re selecting the player to double team. If you press LT or RT while doing this to them view play art, when u release the LT or RT, it will keep the zoom out for 3-5 seconds. Lol. I’ve had a delay of game or 2 because of this.

Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
Basically it only works during pre season now then re-sets back to zero every game once the season starts.
I guess someone at EA fired up an online franchise, tested a couple of weeks of pre-season and figured it was fixed. They didn't test it properly throughout the season/quiting the game/offline franchise etc.Comment

Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
Been having a look over the last few hours in regards to sim stats good to see guys like Cam Russ and Lamar getting between 350-450 in rushing yards.
Still numerous issues with sim stats that need to be addressed RB receptions are far too low McCafrey,Saquon and Kamara should not be getting 20-35 receptions a season they should be high 60s-90s. As well as RB reception average is far too high seen some RBs getting getting between 14-18 yards per catch
TEs esp elite TEs are barely getting 800 yards and 6 tds Kelce,Ertz should be hitting 80-100 catches and between 950-1200 and elite WR getting over 1000 barely while guys like Adam Humphris are hitting 1200-1400 easily when there 2nd or 3rd options at best.
The sim engine needs a complete retool but surely there is something they can do in the mean time.NBA:Philadelphia 76ers
NFL:Philadelphia Eagles
NHL:Philadelphia Flyers
NRL:New Zealand Warriors
