I found a way to get a code for PS4. Please PM. It’s not illegal or anything like that, but I don’t want to take the chance of violating the TOS or put OS in a bad spot with EA.

I wish that there was a practice mode in the Beta. It's a much better testing environment than games for actually finding gameplay flaws.

I wish we we're able to play in Franchise, because the gameplay is usually always better in play now.

Yeah it's part of the pre-game "hype tape." Not gonna lie, the presentation is just brutal and an eyesore. Outrageous post-play camera angels around players, weird and ultra-video gamey screenwipes. It's just odd to look at sometimes.

Defense is definitely at a big disadvantage with the new ball carrier moves. It seems like they removed getting stuck in “juked” animations but the defenders don’t try to tackle. They really need to add contextual reach/arm tackles to make the game look right.

My thoughts excatly. I know the presentation will be limited in a BETA but the foundation is there and it is not good. More video game/ arcade looking then an actual real presentation.

- It starts off with an aerial view of the stadium
- then it shows Brady throwing the ball and maybe gronk catching a ball - this is all with a graphical element behind it - Almost like a a screen behind them with the Bucs logo. It does this for both teams (almost looks like WWE entrance)
- Then it has teams in the tunnel, then back to the jumbotron animations
- Then it shows in game action, but its Bucs vs Falcons (hoepfully this isnt in franchise mode becuase unless we played earlier in the year this would make no sense)
- then it goes like the starting line-up poses where players flex or jump
- then comes digital Matt Ryan piggy backing on some o-lineman and he is waving his hand.

- The order is pretty close, as I was trying to write it down as it was happening, but things were so quick and jumping all over the place it was hard to get everything down. The jumping around from scene to jumbotron to scene is a mess. Again, maybe they are hiding trhe presentation elements (which i doubt), but it looked more like something you would see in WWE as an entrance.

I’m curious was the delay in the Beta release was so they could strip away access to other areas?

I wanted to see what AI differences there where when a better AI team is matched up against a weaker User team and vice-versa.

Look at and test out their Franchise Patch bullet points to give feedback.

How does a Franchise gamer give Beta feedback on their Mode before it’s released when it’s non-playable?

I can’t even give feedback concerning within what I would be playing.

But Online play is accessible. lol

Great word using eyesore. The swipes just dont fit in with what we see every week in the NFL.

One good thing is the user celebrations dont show up too much (only played 2 games).

I didnt get into the beta last year, but the year before we had the opportunity to play within a franchise. Makes way more sense to allow access to that. It felt more like playing a demo from a few years ago

I actually think the intro is better than it has been. Camera angles seem fine to me after plays, didn't see anything strange.The screen wipes are meh.

I'm gonna disagree on the angles. Post interceptions and big plays, the camera swooping around the players 360 is just wild to me. I'd rather have something that replicates actual views from real life football. Or at least a choice for that.

Madden NFL 21 Closed Beta Details: How to Get a Code, What's Available In-Game

I could do without the specific styling of the screen wipes - they are pretty busy and video game-y - but I much prefer having a screen wipe vs a fade-to-black. The fade-to-black transitions the past couple Madden games have used made replays and cutscenes feel separated from the rest of the game, whereas with the wipes the whole production feels more continuous and uninterrupted.

I’m surprised no one has called out the swooping kickoff camera pan yet, lol.

I like that they changed it up & gives a different perspective. Seems boring with going with the same "TV generic style" imo. More camera views in general would be nice though. I mod the zoom gameplay camera with more zoom on PC so I'm good there when game comes out. It would be cool if they would cut to the booth like they did in the past, but those day are gone.

The presentation seems like it was worked on by the same people who worked on NCAA Football. The color splashes, the music, the pre game animations all seem ripped directly from NCAA 14

To each his own. It just takes me out of the game and reminds me I'm playing Madden and not a football sim. I can see its draw, just not for me.
