First of all NO please do!!! Second, is there any way we can get this to the right people at EA and see if we can get a camera similar patched in. If not then atleast let us know why it can't be done.

Here's an even easier way to get into the zoomed out camera that doesn't involve switching over to another skilled-position player on each play:

Simply click L3 twice to activate the rotational zoom
Next, hit square to call up an audible, but then just cancel out of the audible
Now you can take your time, survey the defense from the behind the camera view, and when you're ready, simply hit L3 twice again , and the zoom will happen, no matter how long you scan around after activating the audible menu

Another tip: For plays with motion, you can actually start the motion from the behind the QB view (by pressing x like normal), then as the motion gets close to finishing, you can hit L3 twice to have a nice zoomed out view of a play with motion.

Dope, thanks Mike. Never would have thought about the audible, but I know you play the game a buttload more than me so not shocked you figured out a better way.

If on Next-Gen, how are you liking this with the new player movement.

Even before you would see players lean when running etc..

I just mentioned in the video Chase put up that this cam is amazing even more so now in next gen because of the new player movement. Being able to cut back and hit a hole you see now looks borderline lifelike! And your able to do that because of the new player movement

Sadly you have to do it every play. But once you get used to doing it, you don't even really think about it anymore. And Mike posted an even more efficient way to get into the view as well.

Broadcast cam does look great I will agree. Close to life like. Personally, I can't play in this mode, however, as of Madden 20 I've always played in the "All 22" cam (should be the camera just before broadcast).

Broadcast cam as well as All 22 cam gives you a more smooth experience as it eliminates (in my opinion) some of the warts in the animations/interactions that you get if you play too close to the action. Its way more organic and simply looks 10x more realistic.

I had to look up the definition of fidelity - "the degree of exactness with which something is copied or reproduced". It was the exact word I was looking for. So.... Madden 22s Broadcast/All 22 camera angles reproduce real NFL games with extremely high fidelity (I think I used it correctly lol).

There is just a straight up broadcast cam view you can use now. Is that different than what the workaround was producing?

It works on the series X....weird... I hope they didn't change it for PS5

It worked on the Series S as well. I get my Series X tomorrow and it'll be the first thing I test when I play Madden.

I wonder if they changed it day of launch.... Haven't played yet today but it was working on early access.... Man I hope they didn't change it
