Completely agree! It's about time for the commercials to hit and they both are playing their cards close to the vest. As far as backwards compatibility goes, I'd be surprised if we'll be able to play Madden 17-20 on next gen. I don't believe we were able to play previous Maddens on the 360/Xbox S-X. Sports game devs want us to play the new stuff on a new box. My favorite is Madden 12. Would love to be able to play it on anything other than my 360.

All XB1 games, and the games from previous gens that already play on XB1 will play on Series X and S. The stated philosophy is for this to be the case going forward, going generation-less, like phones.
