Question what progression speed do you guys use for progressing your assistants? I use the slowest speed because I think its too easy to upgrade them as it is and as "human" players I dont think we need any extra advantages. Also I would think if we dont progress them a lot we are less likely to have them hired away anyway

I've always done slowest until this year. With all these coaching perks, it would take 5-6 seasons just to max out YOUR coaching tree. Then to get to the assistants, a few seasons to build them up and that's if you keep them that long, with stealing on

Now I just do normal. Still takes 2-3 seasons to max out myself. Another season or two to max coordinators IF they don't leave. So that becomes a constant game. Plus, who's to say the replacements will have the same trees, so you always have to adjust. Even erase them and start over
