        ok i started a new franchise and now the AI is running the ball. It wasnt working in my existing franchise but the Titans just ran it 17 times in 12 minute quarters. very pleased. also held Will Levis to under 200 yards instead of the 400 plus i gave up at launch.

          i don't know about anyone else but i just played 1 half of 10 min. quarters Broncos @ Saints and the Saints threw the ball 30 times to 5 runs....And 2 of those runs were jet sweeps

          They aint fix ishh in play now anyways.....

            Now this looks like a winner! I may restart my franchise just because I'm seeing different feedback from everyone. I'm hoping one of these fixes has addressed the Left Tackle glitch where the RE pretty much gets a free shot into the backfield.

            Another thing I'm ready to check out is the "unseen" fixes, i.e. further polish and balancing of boom tech, unspoken slider fixes, etc. I think these things may fall under general stability fixes. Theres always intended/unintended changes with these big patches, hopefully it leans mostly into the good side of things.

            Only thing we need now is a CFB update to add the new Madden facemasks and other equipment and we're golden! Gotta say it again, this was definitely a great year for sim sports gaming, Madden, the return of CFB, the return of sim oriented boxing with Undisputed, I feel like a kid in a candy store right now folks, having a BLAST!!!

              Is the broken 2 minute clock fixed?

              The issue where going to the playbook and calling a play runs 0 time, but doing no huddle runs time?

              Typical behavior was for no huddle to run some time, and going to the playbook runs even more time than the no huddle.

                Looks like this is fixed... There is a runoff when huddling up and running a play with under 2min in a half

                    Just played one half in Franchise with the new patch against the Titans and they had a great balance between passing & running.

                    Also the defense is so much better now on Human & CPU (I play on All-Pro with customized Armor&Swords sliders) , maybe it's time again to tweak sliders a little bit (my best Cornerback had 2 Interceptions just in first half), gamplay feels different (better and smoother) for me after the new patch.

                    Didn't played M25 much the last weeks, but my first impresions are very positive. Very good patch, i'm surprised!

                      Just as I thought, I've been playing with QB acc sliders (both HUM & CPU) at 0 and would see inaccurate passes here and there, now there's most certainly more errant passes. Defense seems to be a bit tighter as well, might have to drop coverage sliders (been playing with those at 65 across the board).

                        So are most saying we need to start a new franchise in order for the CPU playcalling fix? I'll play a game in my current CFM to see if I notice the patch changes.

This is probably the ONE area that impacts real life games the most and for reasons only known to EA, they intentionally ignore it.

                            Where do you have your sliders to where you dont get PI? I get 1-3 per game.

                            * I edited my QBs to take throw power down 20 points and I was getting like 5 or 6 a game (too many). The penalty really gets triggered on underthrows when the db is trying to run thru the wrong to get to the ball*

                                I fired up a new franchise on AM with just a couple slider tweaks, and I was really pleased at the outcome. Won 20-17 over the Steelers and thought there was a lot of good stuff about the game play.

                                It looks like there’s enough defense in there, which is always something I look for, and I liked the overall heft of players in running and tackling animations. I also thought OL play looked good.

                                Seems like a solid update.

                                I am seeing more running than last time I played, but I don’t think the play calling is as good as CFB 25 as of yet.
