    I need a little more time on the defensive Coaching Adjustments

    I do love the options that EA provided and I'm actually dissapointed in myself that it took me that long to start testing the Coaching adjustments because as you stated they had another element to gameplay in good way.

    Hopefully by this weekend I can settle on the Defensive adjustments

      For CPU vs CPU, you use this in franchise mode?

      Do you have to watch every game to have accurate stats in your franchise?

        I usually do not watch every single game......

        I try to watch the best games that week.

        SIM engine IMO isn't something we can control unfortunately

                Yeah it appears EA just ran code over top of code for the sliders and never truly changed how they function within game.

                They just called it a different name.

                Switched the old RB ability slider to the Fumble Slider just a different name for it now.....

                        As mentioned a few days ago the difficulty of that set has taken a significant step up. Since this is Pro Level & the game has been out awhile I wanted to up the CPU AI Awareness Defensively to better matchup with the User controlled team.



                        I've also added some Offensive Coaching Adjustments to the Gameplay Sliders that I utilize but this is of course optional for others.



                        A couple of Notes I wanted to point out and these are just my beliefs towards the Sliders.



                        Pass Reaction IMO is basically just a rebranded name for Old Madden Slider called Defensive Awareness. There was another Slider called Knockdown which is no longer in the game. I think those two sliders were replaced by Reaction and tied together now.



                        Pass Coverage IMO is really just another rebranded name for the old Pass Rush Slider.



                        We used to have a Block Shed Slider but I believe it has been combined with the Tackle Slider to form just form one slider. It's a shame they removed it because I believe having the ability to separate tackling from Block Shed would allow more customization in the Run Defense and Pass Rush Ability.



                        Offensively, IMO you can get the same CPU Production in terms of Run Blocking & Pass Blocking at 0 that you get at 25, 50 or 75 & the reason why is because I don't think EA truly takes the OL serious in this game. They aren't going to get smarter or adjust their protections just because you raised the blocking sliders and honestly I believe it causes more suctioning than anything.

                            Quick question how do you know if EA updated the teams playbook/Style?

                            I played a few game small sample and I didn't really see much difference.

                            Cowboys have been heavy run the past 3 weeks but Dak was still firing away too often.

                            Do you think I need to reset my CFM and test again?

                              When I tested it, my first game was Titans vs Jags. Henry rushed 34 times. The other teams I tested seemed to be improved gameplans, but very well could have been placebo effect.

                                I think the Titans even without updated playbooks were always running the ball so their style was good at default.

                                I'm test a little more tonight might do it for Play Now mode and CFM to see if I notice any difference
