Quick question, did you also have a guide to practice schedules throughout the season to keep things realistic?

So I'm through 2 weeks in my Raiders/Eagles franchise and enjoying it so far. I like how the Eagles have had a strong running game and have played great defense while the Raiders defense has been a sieve. The Raiders played the Chargers and Cardinals while the Eagles played the Lions and Vikings.

Both Herbert and Murray carved up the Raiders but the games were pretty close. Against the Cardinals, Davante Adams was hurt in practice so he missed the game. The Cards won on a FG on the final play, just couldn't get enough stops. Also the Raiders O-line has struggled both in the run and the passing game.

The Eagles beat the Lions in week 2 34-3, the defense was suffocating though had only one turnover, which was a fumble. Cousins was heaving the ball all over the place, multiple passes were thrown where receivers couldn't get both (or even one) foot down in-bounds. I was getting lots of pressure and the momentum meter was near 100% on my side which probably helped too. Hurts has been great, throwing 3 TD passes and running for another against the Vikings.

I did push the fumble slider up some. My two teams are 1-2 in fumbles in the league, I'll see how that works over time.

This part is not sliders related - anyone seeing odd animations? Players falling oddly, twisting as they go down. Hard to describe but sometimes it just looks strange. I've also had instances where the play art is stuck on he screen. I had one play where a Raider CB just stopped playing, turned and faced the wrong direction. Needless to say that turned into a big gain (I just chalked it up to a blown coverage). I don't recall these issues pre-patch, though then I was using Armor's Pro sliders then if that matters.

No.


I am loving the results of the sliders. I am 3-7 with a bye week already done, so I have 7 more games to play. It's going to be real exciting to see if I can pull off enough wins to slide in as a wild card. There is only 1 game I did not use these sliders on. The rest have been with these sliders. It's so refreshing not leading the league in offense or defense or being 1st in a bunch of league leaders positions for a change.



When it comes to awards I will probably win OFF rookie of the year with my HB possibly best HB since I am currently in 3rd place for Total Rushing Yards. The only other award I am currently on track of winning is best DEF rookie of the year.


I am kinda hoping I don't make the play offs because I have 3 1st round draft Picks that I need a good position in.


I just saw that kC & NE are both 10-0 in my franchise

@ Armor. I just had a good game against your dolphins. I lost 24-25 in the last minute of the game. I think I may have been knocked out of the play offs I am now 3-8. I suppose if I win the rest it may be possible for a wild card. I doubt it though. in the top 10 teams that are in the play off race there is 3 that are 6-5 so even if I did win the rest my chances are slim to none.


I went into the game with a 1 game winning streak. The dolphins went into the game on a 4 game win streak. In my franchise your dolphins are 7-4. NE still undefeated 11-0 KC finally lost one making them 10-1

As of this moment m23 has never played any better imo. These sliders are on point if you play no switch and sim. I cant really think of anything i see that i want to mess with. Dare i say" the best madden since 16" ??

Am I doing something wrong here? I have played three games in a Bills franchise and I am 3-0 while scoring over 40 points a game with the CPU barely even getting 200 yards of offense. I am playing with all the sliders but ALL PRO, not ALL MADDEN. Does All Madden really make that much of a difference?

-- The CPU quarterback makes horrible throws to the sideline, throws it away, never scrambles, barely throws anything over 10-15 yards.

-- The CPU makes horrible play calls on third downs and punts on 4th down when losing by a ton.

--Superstars like Tyreek Hill and Cooper Kupp were non existent.
--Caveat being Derrick Henry playing like himself (to a degree).

Seems like a lot of the same issues from Madden the past few years with out improvement.

did you set main menu to All Madden and Franchise to All Pro?

I'm in the same situation. obviously my 5 games isn't a huge sample size but I'm actually getting a somewhat better game from the CPU on the PRO set then the AP.

It's still hasn't been a great challenge as the closest game I've had was a 40-32 win over the Bills. but even that is misleading as they scored a TD very late to make it the 1 score game.

I'm hesitant to mess with these sliders too much as A&S has done a ton of testing but I'm also very hesitant to try All Madden as in the past it's just been awful because of how the game scripts for the CPU.

On your QB issue try playing with illegal contact off in the penalty sliders. I noticed both off and def line play much better and the QBs do try and scramble more when under pressure


As for your big scoring problem try playing with 12/15ACC with this you will actually have to choose what you want more yards in passing or rushing. Also I personally use coach selection and if a strategy play shows up I select it regardless even if I know it's not going to get me the first down. That keeps my punters and FG kicker realistically active.


When it comes to all pro you just have to learn to limit yourself against the cpu. If your team is so powerful then you might need to switch to all madden or take over another team that is weaker.

I don't use the same plays over and over again; I go between coach suggestions, play types (depending on the scenario), and manual selection. I mix it up and use play action to surprise the D and play very similar to the real Bills. I find it pretty terrible that you need to choose a play knowing that it's not going to get you a first down just so you keep it an even playing field. The Bills can only punt once in a real game so the logic in that, to me, is not justifiable. I think playing on All Madden and dealing with the cheesy broken tackles and CPU's obvious advantages is better than diluting my own skill. I've also debated just finding an online league to play human vs human so there's at least a unique and real dynamic.
