I’m officially going tomorrow and buying the disc version of this game.

Patch 1…at least the first significant patch hasn’t changed the game play. It may have it a little smoother.

It’s goi enough with this set that I want the disc so that I’m not forced to download anymore until they have proven they didn’t mess a great game up like seems to the yearly ritual.

Last night in a CPU vs CPU game I saw defensive pi call, illegal touching and a roughing the kicker call. These are the types of penalties that don't seem to trigger for some reason doing user vs CPU games.

This is by far the best gameplay I've witnessed on NG consoles for this mode. In fact I'm so stoked that I'm finally going to commit to completing some classic rosters now.

With the new RB logic being a thing of beauty this year created guys like Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith and Marshall Faulk is going to awesome to watch in CPU vs CPU games.

I got the disc version as well so I'm not going to risk losing this gameplay if they screw something up later with patches

Damn brother…think about it. If Sanders had of had just part of the o-line Emmitt had….I don’t know if he could have been stopped.

When I slow-sim the defense, does the game take the slider values from the User or CPU? I've tried playing with the DT/DE, but I never get anything done, so I'd rather watch it.

Ok, so I have always played with dynamic momentum on. Never paid any attention to anything really being over powered using it.

I just paid attention lol. I will have it off from this point forward.

I think the feature may be more appropriate for the new college game.

The nfl is more balanced so games are mostly close.

I didn't notice it that much mainly because I turn it off for my home games and turn it when my team is on the road

Try MLB and see if that helps. Also if you play DL brodcast camera is nice alternative to use at that position

I just keep this momentum feature on because i noticed is that it does change the overalls of the teams so i want to have everything be more consistent so thats why i leave it on n dont mess with it at all threw out my franchise.

Hoping by Monday I can play a few games.

Yeah had to download it eventually since I was digital only, but my son is bringing me the hard copy when him and his wife come visit today lol. This is the last patch until the rest are proven not to kill the game play.

This patch was actually a good one brother. I think the game play is actually a little smoother than before.

They don’t need to drop another one as far as I’m concerned. We are gold now and if they would unlock the penalties to be called like they should be we would be platinum.

QB injuries being a thing again is GREAT!!!

I have my 1st and 2nd string on the injured list for multiple games for the first time in couldn’t tell you when!!!

Just to make it equal for all positions I’m going in and editing all kickers and punters injury ratings. I’m dropping each 40 points. So it the punter injury rating is 90….it drops to 50. I’m seeing some injuries to those positions now from time to time. That can really change a teams luck.

Lol not trying to blow your thread up PM!!! Hell the game has me excited this year.

Player morale is huge this year. My Panthers has started off the 2025 season at 1-5 and morale is terrible. To get a win and out of this funk is goi gang to take a miracle the way this team is playing.

I may be in the best draft position I have ever had in a Madden game.

There's a lot of things that improves gameplay via player editing that's for sure.

It just takes a lot of time because EA won't provide a global editor.

I used to spend hours doing this in madden but the older I get the less patience I have.....

Between playing Madden and dealing with your kids being in high school now will effect you blood pressure 😂

No doubt. I got my baby making started early in life lol. Both my kids are married and gone, and I have a 5 year old granddaughter.

The nice thing about the game this year is the P and K injury rating is a quick. I just make the change when I need to before starting the matchup. Loving the game this year!!!
