loved the vid overall

the cpu ran a dump off offense

i did not see and rediculous Db knockdowns( YESSSSSSSSSSS)

I think the Db coverage is too good for too long. the cpu Qb had time and nothing opened he was DUMPING IT OFF MOST TIMES thats backward to the NFL

thats why everyone is scared about the pass rush not being aggressive but if they look closely there is still no one getting open this maybe needs to be tightened

make the rush more effective and loosen the coverage... maybe sliders can remedy this......

I don't think anyone doesn't appreciate everything that has been fixed and changed. But there are just a few more things that need to be resolved and I think people just take an opportunity like this to point them out in hopes they'll get fixed so the game can be even better than it already is.

Ian , I've had today off and I've been reading this board for a big part of it and I've been wondering the same thing. Sometimes I wonder if the OS football experts know the meaning of the words, greatfull, and thank you.

My thoughts on the game, I love what I've seen so far. Keep up the great work.

guys in the MLB forums get all bent when an OF takes a bad angle on a fly ball......it happens.....guys play poorly on sundays...just ask the rams/lions fans

run that play 10 times..happens 5-6 times maybe an issue...but once? cmon. get real

If Madden 10 was $19.99, I would have NO problem with anything.

But for $59.99, I feel compelled to be much more critical.

Agree, if this game had a more natural running animation, everything else wrong would be tolerable, cause you wouldn't see it every play.
Changing subject, are play challenges in this year?

I think this is a good representation of a few people on this board.

Not naming names or pointing fingers. Just a little "self reflection" time is needed for some.

This is a great game! Enjoy it? The people who make this game, I'm guessing, probably love this game as much if not more than you do.

No doubt, I pointed out a few things earlier in the thread. But its the people that keep harping on one thing, Seriously get over it. Most of the posts here ( I would say 85%) are positive, and offer constructive criticism. The other 15% are from people who keep on nagging about one issue then say its a game breaker and they are not buying, And Chances are they were never going to buy to begin with.

I see The problems right now, but non of them are even close to making me nervous or disinterested about this game. I see amazing presentation and awesome gameplay both with a few hiccups, Problems and All, Madden 10 still looks Kicka**

I guess he gets a special sense of entitlement being a cheerleader for a game that has never been released, hasn't shown any extensive game play footage to the public, and doesn't even have a release date even though it was announced over two years ago.

I'll never understand Backbreaker "fans". They act as if Backbreaker is the best thing since imaginary sliced bread.

Not, where are you getting this. You insinuated that I bash madden and I help you by showing you a post I made on another forum proving otherwise. So don't go around throwing accusations when they don't have merit.

The defense is in 33 OD. The SS is lined up outside where an OLB COULD be. He should not be biting on this. He does it again later on when Ian runs it again. Also you'd think Lewis and Reed's 99 play recognition would start to play a role, but when he runs it again, Lewis crashes to the FB. Reed on the other hand the first time it was run it was cover 0, the second time he was the deep safety and he does not do a good job of coming up at all. You say it is not a bug, but it is.

It happens on more than just this type of run. If you look at the video you will see it on a lot of the running plays. Guys just standing still waiting for the blocker, I mean not even moving. Actually if you look at the very first video, the very first play, off tackle play. Watch Jarrett Johnson. Sure the run gets stopped, but an OLB has to move. Johnson should have gotten up the field and forced the run back in to Pryce. Instead he stands there motionless and waits for the blocker and lets Johnson go right by him.

Yeah, it's kind of weird not seeing the accurate guys included in the TD celebrations. No biggie, though.
