I never complain about uniform problems, or I don't even think its a gamekiller at all and I am still really enjoying this game....... But why are the Raiders AFL throwback unis and helmets not in this year? We are playing 4 Legacy games this year with the throwbacks including the monday night opener vs the Dolts and the thanksgiving game vs the Cowgirls.

Oh well, moving on.

You sir are correct, I've modified my post accordingly. Both the powder blues and the Fouts era unis are very much WRONG.

You boys are wrong on this one, while they improperly title the powder blue alternates as "60's throwbacks" they are in fact the current alternates. Look at the position of the sleeve bolts, not vertical as back in the day but the same angled position as the current dark blues and whites. That's why there are no #'s on the helmets. Additionally, you'll see the text Chargers logo under the NFL shield on the chest of the powder blues, again consistent with the current alternates.

Yes, the more I look at the powder blue Chargers throwback unis in the game they're about 80% the old throwbacks and 20% the current powder blue alternates:

Helmet: Wrong, throwbacks should have gray face masks, not white, and numbers on the helmets.
Jersey: If throwback as titled the text logo should come off under the NFL shield and the sleeve stripes should be moved up to be vertical not angled.
Pants: Fine for throwbacks.

So this means they omitted the current powder blue alternates completely and screwed up both throwback unis. Nice work art department.

Really you have to think how hard is it to get it correct? I love the game but seriously how can the chargers not have all their proper current uni's. Plus they are some of the best in the league and everyone seems to love the 63 throwbacks. Really for me this is a major thing i would like in a patch but they should just focus the patch on gameplay and bugs. They should release DLC with the AFL jerseys and fixes for the jerseys for free. I'm pretty sure that won't happen though. Just imagine if they charged to get the uniforms corrected.

i second this. something really needs to be done. for them to put the effort in making the uniform editor and not get half the uni's right is unacceptable imo. please mods get this thread to the right people so it has a chance at getting fixed.

The Packers' shoulders numbers are way too small.

Also, how come the Redskins are the only team to get long colored socks? Players all around the league are using these... each team should get them!

Really not a big deal, but noticable to me is that the Cowboys don't have their blue dymo tape on the back of their helmets.

Sorry to HJ the thread but, I think he meant the actual jerseys for fans, just a guess but I bet he's from Wisc. and saying that they are at walmart for purchase, and the team will never wear them.

I believe the Packers have in fact stated they would never wear alternate unis aside from the obvious Thanksgiving Day throwback. They sell them but the club has never acknowledged them as actual alternate unis; they were selling yellow Vikings unis not too long back that similarly never made it on the field, and I'm sure there are plenty more others of you have seen.

The 70's Bengals throwback jersey has the wrong font on the nameplate. It looks like it's the font the Broncos use on their current uniform.

Miami Dolphins throwback helmet has the modern stripe pattern on it. There shouldn't be any blue in the stripes, but there is. (Admittedly this is fairly minor and I didn't even notice it until one of the really zoomed in cut scenes)
Also not noticable until you zoom in... the logo is wrong. The outer circle of the logo is right, but it's got the modern dolphin on it instead of the less cartoonish old version.

The Jets throwback helmet has a gray facemask. It should either be white (1978-1989) or black (1990-1997). Gray was never used on the green helmet. Also the jersey has the logo patch on the chest that shouldn't be there.
