Play by Play is not something that can be fixed with a patch, we are stuck with it until next year or more likely the way Madden goes until 2015 at least.. The Audio that was fixed was the PA announcer announcing more names during the pre game ceremonies which I have seen but still lots of big names missing.

now this is really sad. absolutely pathetic!! the custom playbook is now garbage!!! wow!! this is trash!! u cant create a custom playbook at all now with audibles! THANKS EA! I LOVE BUT MADDEN BUT AS ALWAYS EA IS GARBAGE!!!

I created a playbook but did not have that problem.

What playbook did you start with? I started with S.F./Harbaugh book and I just added the first 4 or 5 Shotgun formation and they all got filed under Hail Mary instead of Gun. Let me know what book you used and I'll try that one.

I tried creating a playbook and as I added Shotgun Formation they all ended up under the Hail Mary Formation. Have you actually tried creating a playbook?

This is picture of a fresh custom playbook using the N.E. playbook and all I added was the first couple of shotgun formations and they all ended up getting filed under the Hail Mary formation. Am I the only one that is experiencing this or what?

the created playbook is all messed up. now u cant even make a custom playbook with any audibles. its worse now then it was before the patch. wow!! thanks alot

You need to delete every play except a PA play that you want to keep and then add four more plays that you want as audibles. Save your book once you've done this and you'll have only five plays and they'll be your five audibles. Once you've got them saved you can then build your playbook.

it wont let me delete all the plays anymore with this new patch. thats what im saying. i just tried to do that but alot of plays it wouldnt allow me to delete. some even had "audible" next to them. its all messed up now.

you have to go into your gameplan and just add that one PA play you want as an audible and then delete the others. once you only have that one PA play you need to copy that scenario to all the scenarios so that they're the same and you only have that one PA play for every scenario. Once you do that thou should be able to delete all you plays except that PA play. I just did this yesterday after the patch to make sure it still worked.

i have to agree with alot of people on here,the feilds look very good! i dont know if its just me,but do the crowds sound better louder? i couldnt tell any difference with the tweaks they did to the anouncers. overall ea did a nice job with the patch! although i was hoping they were going to change the progresive play clock/game clock and make it an optionin franchise mode lol. good job ea sports you made a pretty good patch in my opinion!

Anyone know if the UDFA glitch is fix? I hate how the cpu release drafted players for UDFA with wings as pads

I've had it occur using the Lions as a base book. All my newly added shotgun formations outside of the ones there got into the Hail Mary formation.

It seems only a few playbooks have this issue. I made another using the Saints and it worked as normal. Not sure what the trigger is that would cause it. I don't mind though as at least they're all grouped together.

neither the udfa or the pad glitch was addressed.

Not fixed. NCAA import players are still busted as well. Pads and body proportions.
