Yes because 2ks baseball games are so good. They have already said the are working on making the zoom cam work in ccm.

That's all I need to hear. I'm not here to bash Madden I just think they are sitting on something that might make the experience even better.

GREAT NEWS!!! I was just told by a friend of mine who has the retail version on the xbox 360 that you "CAN" use the zoom cam in CCM......

Well....it is very dissapointing we will not get the Zoomed Camera view in CCM.

It will not keep me from getting the game...but it is a letdown. I love that view.

I can live with the god cam for one year. But I am sure this will be addressed for 14.

I believe those with retail have said its in the game already. It's just bugged right now and ea has said they are looking into it. No need to wait for 14.

That's a nice cam! The only problem I see is when running outside, you can only see about 5 yards outside of the ball carrier. If a press CB blitzes or is not blocked by the WR, seems like you wouldn't see it until it was too late.

Swing passes might be a problem too.

Other than that, that's a sweet cam. Hope they get it sorted out for everyone that wants to use it.

I actually agree that the run cam didn't really need to zoom in as much as it does for running plays. I like having it close, but at times it gets a bit too close (just a bit). Only during some of the running plays though.

Anyway, there is a lot they could do with this camera. I can think of so many features that are a major part of football that could be included with a closer cam like this. It also works really well with a physics engine IMO

Interesting news Finn. Wonder if this means it is a PS3 bug only? Does anyone know if RedzoneD25 (EAGC who brought up the issue) is a PS3 player? If we can confirm a XBOX 360 EAGC, we could have him check his to confirm??

Well I hope they get it in the game or whatever is going on with it. I just don't want to be stuck waiting for it to finally get patched in mid December.

When I said "brought it up", guess I should have said "brought to my attention" by answering my question via chalkboard. Sorry if I worded it incorrectly. Would have sent another chalkboard message about which system you are on, but been a busy day for me, so just been popping in and out through the day looking for any zoom cam updates. We are actually very thankful to you for finding this out. Because of your testing, and sharing of what you found, maybe we have chance at a early patch?

Sorry your confused, not exactly sure on which part, but thanks for the zoom camera info anyway! If it wasn't for you, we might have never known the zoom cam was missing in ccm until we spent our $60.

Bro...i think you are starting to confuse some of us now. From what i "know" is that the zoom cam IS IN CCM it's just bugged up to the point of it being unusable at the moment ..just broken. Well, it doesn't do me any good to see it in the option menu if it doesn't work. So, from my point of view it's not really in CCM until it is patched.

Anyway, I am moving on now to following NBA 2k13 threads. I'll look at Madden 13 again during the yearly Best Buy Thanksgiving sale ($29) and see if it is patched in by then. Not taking the risk of no zoom camera, it's too vital to me liking the game or not.

BTW-every single thread I have ever been in here at OS has had people that will state one thing or another. IMO it's still easy to read through this thread and see where we are right now. You have to understand we were in the middle of figuring out what the issue is and on what consoles, because good ol' EA will never step up to the plate and tell us anything. They wouldn't have even noticed it was broken(& that is plain sad). Their only response, as usual, is "were looking into it". Meanwhile people will buy the game in 5-6 days and get screwed when they don't patch it in. It really is just sad at this point. Like I said, moving on to another game. This game just isn't really worth the effort anymore.

So fellows there still is hope for this being addressed in Madden.

Still waiting guys no reply as of yet,starting to get a little worried.
