Yeah, but I've kinda minimized my managing to a point. I just fix really stupid stuff... But I agree it's a chore.

Last night I spend almost an hour fixing a few things... Then had to go to bed, didn't play a game...,

I just miss the stuff we could do. Cuz once it was set, I was the only one who could change key things.... I had such a system I could go through every team like nothing.

    Oh well

I understand man. I was going to do the same thing you are doing but I realized that with NBA2k and Fifa coming AND the fact that I'm enjoying NCAA (even with the glitches), I didnt need to force it with Madden.

Another thing I didn't like about switching from coach to coach every week (besides having your other rosters messed up)......

...is that you keep having to retire the coach after you change to another. Evetually, won't you just end up with all generic coaches?

So if I play as the Cowboys one week and then wanna do something else is Jason Garrett gone for good?
        The Lord is my shepard.

Not if you use an active coach and not a created one.

I would be happy with current CCM if they would allow the user to switch between teams via the Controller Select option like in Play Now games.

This would allow people to select each teams Uni...and also allow local multiplayer. I enjoyed playing the real NFL schedule with friends - or start a franchise and play every monday night game or game of the week. To me this was the biggest thing they left out by not giving a franchise mode. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the online CCM, I think its a great mode and online is definitely the future. Just throwing my opinion in the hat.
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

I would agree 100% with this statement. This would have been an ideal way to have an MADDEN 13 game mode

if thats what you feel then you DONT have to control all 32 teams bro. thats why its an OPTION. many people like to recreate the depth charts from the ongoing NFL season as well as play against a friend or family member in the same CCM.
