Ea doesn't pay any of the GC's that's not the case.

I think the current team is solid, but I usually think that. When I buy the game, I feel cheated due to all the crashes, bugs, incomplete features, etc. Starting this year I'm really not buying Madden... I didn't buy CG, and I'm not getting a new system yet. In some sense I support these guys too - just not financially. Who knows, maybe in 3-5 years they'll have made a next gen football sim.

We've never had former football guys be the leadership team for a football video game like this. These guys know football they don't have to know about Superstar or my player, they know the X's and O's of the game of football.
I bolded some stuff. I'm not interested in investing in an early version of a football game that will be good later - only in buying one that is good now. As I said elsewhere, if I want that experience I'll back games on Kickstarter and cross my fingers that they get finished AND come out the way I hoped. Nothing about your post is false: these guys have tons of knowledge and potential, and I hope some day we see the actual. We shouldn't slam these devs for taking a job at Tiburon, but they still haven't made the game they want to make and know we'll love. Odds are pretty good they won't get the chance: no one else has. I'm not feeding EA $60/year to give them or anyone else a shot. That company needs to invest more on the product and less on licenses and ads.

Yeah, but look at that beautiful golden helmet *drools*.

I'd say the graphics are pretty solid. This post is in part about "Next-Gen Visuals," is it not? The lighting looks fantastic.

Need some work on Kap's face (btw, it's Kap, not Kaep, as per Kap himself).

That was what I heard. Also, is this how the game will play? All zoomed in and in slo-mo?

I think I'll stay in the shadows as it seems that a true NFL simulation has eluded Tiburon again.

Looks like the game is headed in the right direction. I never bought Madden for current gen, I rented a good bit, but never bought.

I would've bought this years version on next gen if they would've included authentic quarterback throwing styles. I'm big on authenticity. Sorry EA, you need to capture that. Also work on ball and player physics.

I've been saying this a bunch lately. I really think it will take them 4 or 5 years do give us a complete solid game of football in regards to presentation and gameplay. So I'm thinking that maybe we will have a decent game by Madden 18. That's a big maybe btw. XD

if hes not allowed to sit there and criticise and joke about a game you yourself have basically labeled a write-off, why do you expect us to listen to you constantly reassuring us the series is going to be fantastic? it has become hideously annoying, especially after all the humble pie you had to choke down once you realised the next gen debut was going to be a disaster. he doesnt know where the game is headed and like you said, neither do you, so why do you think its acceptable for you to make your way from thread to thread misleading people with totally baseless opinion and blind optimism presented as fact or some kind of inside knowledge?
the negativity surrounding Madden lately has been extremely refreshing. like many people have already said, youd be hunted down with torches and pitchforks a couple of years ago for a lot of the things that are flying around everywhere lately. i absolutely love it. people are FINALLY opening their eyes. hopefully it affects sales enough for them to actually put in some effort. the nextgen game looks horrible and even worse, we have clearly been lied to and deceived by EA this time around. this game animates exactly like current gen, so what was up with all the **** about the Ignite engine making animation and movement totally life like, as they said it would? and where the hell is all that good stuff we saw in the "actual game footage" E3 video with RG3 moving around in the pocket before taking off?
from what we're seeing in these ridiculous QJB videos, the game is headed nowhere. we dont need to have any inside knowledge to be able to make that assertion. we can see it in the videos being released. yes, there are improvements, but what a total botch job this appears to be. on the other hand, you do need inside knowledge to be making your assertions and judging by what a knob you looked like once these videos started coming out, you have none, so again i advise you to keep quiet until you actually KNOW something and youre not just basing your comments on your gullibility after reading a Rex Dickson interview, which by the way, are all completely interchangeable with just about every interview of the same nature with every lead designer the past 9 years.

Upon learning QJB is a Game Changer, I immediately lost all hope i had for the series on next gen. I'm not sure if i was off-base here or not, but i thought Game Changers were sim-minded gamers aiming to help improve the accuracy and realism of the game? Watching his videos, I finally realised how hopeless this situation truly is before this *** finished speaking his first insanely irritating sentence.

QJB is a absolute sell-out and is being paid. How a 'sim' gamer can go on and on about the stuff he does in these videos is beyond me... Absolute non-sense.

The stuff you are watching will never be seen in real time. Just replays! Just roll out video of 12 on 12 FB from madden cam. All you need to see is a complete half of football. EA is not going to show that. The game is finished. Don't understand why they keep showing theses commercial like videos?
