You will find that some of the classic players requested have been created for rosters that can be donwloaded from NCAA 11's Team Builder

Yeah I am going to be doing CAPs until Christmas 2012 but oh well these are some good suggestions. I will post up the Madden 2006 ratings on a lot of these guys as thats what I base them off. For new guys who don't have a lot of info out there I try to make a CAP that "feels right" for who they are. I may be doing a "Hiatus" from the CAPS for a while and making something really great for Madden 11.
