Yeah the 3070 are gonna be 499 and pack twice the punch of a 2070 while also dropping the prices of 2060-80s too. Cyber monday and black friday are gonna be a great time to build something to get the best bang for your buck. Madden never looked so good at 100+ fps. Wish I could say the same for the gameplay lol

honestly 2k owes the hardcore football community more then just a playgrounds card game.we been waiting for years and I bet 2k get approach all the time asking to make another APF.Comment

Only, if 2k doesn't charge us microtransactions for it, it'll be 2k8 with better graphics and nfl uniforms. And it won't be "Simulation" football, which EA owns for the license. 2k could beat EA at their own game.Comment

.. I hope 2k can fix football gaming, the other guys have no shot, the way they are operating. I think its going to take a couple releases for 2k to get it dialed in though. You want free speech?

I'm just assuming that whatever 2k releases it would be before Madden, so most likely July-ish. So if that could be the case, I would expect to hear something after the SuperbowlComment

I would love another APF2k8 type game but we should expect an NFL Playgrounds and a card game first. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not getting my hopes up.Comment

Re: 2K Partners with NFLPA to Allow NFL Players in Multiple Football Games
There is no way 2K cares if they compete head on with Madden. Only EA wouldn't want them competing head on with Madden, because EA would lose big. I wouldn't be surprised if, even with the extreme limitations put on them by EA and the NFL, 2K will have the better NFL game.Comment

Re: 2K Partners with NFLPA to Allow NFL Players in Multiple Football Games
While I would love a new APF-type game, with a career/franchise mode, the licensing agreement is for "non-simulation" games only. I do not believe there is any way they could do APF. This is probably just an arcade game, like NFL Street, with power ups and things like that. There's certainly an audience for that, but it isn't me . . .Comment
