Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Hey finn, or anyone else that has an idea...So I did all the stuff and when I go to the stadium sounds it shows all of your stuff, stadium rap, etc. and when I choose one of those it shows the song titles you had but when I preview them to see which song of mine it is, nothing plays? The timer doesn't move either, it just stays at 0. However when I choose your tv network group all of your songs in there can be sampled just fine. I was pretty sure i typed in all the .wma files correctly and they are wma files so I dunno. Any ideas? or should i just start over?
There are no .txt files in there either as I deleted all of those when replacing stuff.Last edited by badmrfrosty7; 09-18-2009, 10:57 PM.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Can anybody help me?!
I've gotten as far as putting the music my own custom music into the game. When I play the songs however, I get all the songs playing in fast motion like 'chipmunks'. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have also tried doing it multiple times but I am stumped. PLEASE HELP!Last edited by DirtyCobra; 09-24-2009, 11:08 AM.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
dear finn,
i was sucessful in getting your songs on my game. thank you soo very much for them. for some reason,, i am not able to get my songs to show up on the xport 360. when i click and drag 0003 folder, all i get is an empty folder. i am applying it to the correct path as u stated: Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA\fffe0000\music
when i go to the 0003 folder, i pick a .txt file (lets use this one: 00030008-that is the number i get when i right click, rename, and that is highlighted and does not say .txt on the end).
when i rename my wma file this number, as u stated, it will read 00030008 but i do not put .wma on the end do i? i have tried it without .wma at the end and with .wma and neither shows up on xport 360. are there ne tips u can give me to see what is the problem?
***UPDATE***- i was able to see my custom songs on xport 360. i put them in folder 0006 and 0008 and they both showed up. they are NOT showing up in the stadium music creator tho. at least they are showing up in xport. the only thing now is getting them on the 360 which is still troubling me.
***UPDATE 2***- i finally got it to work. i just replaced two files in 0007 as ,my own n they r now on there. thanks again finn for all the hard work u put into this!!Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
ESPN504.....I had the exact same problem....so I downloaded a MP3 to WMA converter from this site..http://www.nbxaudio.com/download.htm
It took me several times to get it right but finally I converted at 128kbps, 44hz,Stereo and now it works prefect......this game is amazing with the custom tunes.Last edited by DirtyCobra; 09-27-2009, 08:40 PM.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Ok I figured it out!!!
In order to allow the songs to work you do not have to name them 0007002a.wma. It should look like this 0007002a but it must be a wma file. You will have to replace EVERY txt in the folder for one song to play on the 360. If there are 11 songs and you only add 9 .wma files it will not play.
Drag the entire fffe0000 folder onto the HD using Xport360;
Partition 3\Compatibility\Xbox1\TDATA.
Click on the TDATA file on the HD (the right side) it should show these files
53450030 *must have to play songs*
fffe0000
Click on the fffe0000 file and you should see music file then click the music file.
This is where you will have to drag and drop each folder individual (0003, 0006, 0007, 0008) plus the ST.DB file to the HD.
Make sure you delete any jpg files
This is what you should see on the left side of the XPort360;
Ex. [ ] represents a folder
[ ] 53450030
[ ] fffe0000
[ ] music
[ ] 0003
[ ] 0006
[ ] 0007
[ ] 0008
On the right side under music it should show;
ST.DB
0003 (Xbox symbols)
0006 (Xbox symbols)
0007 (Xbox symbols)
0008 (Xbox symbols)
Click on each symbol and make sure all the songs show 0007002a.wma not 0007002a.wma.wma
These are the proper steps to customize your 360 stadium music...
I would like to thank FlyingFinn & yamabushi for all their hard work and help!!
I hope this works for everyone that was having trouble.Last edited by keshunleon; 09-28-2009, 02:10 PM.True bout my business, Mane!Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Thank you very much for this, I transferred some music over last night and it makes a world of difference with the presentation. Also, the station-specific theme songs make it much cooler.
This, on top of the editor and updated rosters, makes the game feel new again. I can honestly say I'll be happy with this over the next few years while Madden hopefully continues improving itself to the point of where it's worth spending $60. All of the people who have provided mods and custom material have made many people happy. I appreciate all of the work that all of you have done, thank you much.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
first before anything i say i would like to say that all the directions that are given in the forum about the custom soundtracks are actually pretty damn clear. but it would make it just as easy as possible if any one can post a video on how to do this kinda like how people made videos on transfering rosters.thank you if any one can.Comment

Let me know if you need a video and I'll see what I can do. Sunday would probably be the earliest I could get to it.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Were you unable to get it to work correctly? If you couldn't, I might make a video and put it on youtube. However, I followed the directions included in the thread and got everything to work on my first attempt. I don't think they can be any clearer.

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Theres already a folder named "FFFE0000" in the "TDATA" folder. The folder name is the same except the letters are lower case. Am I supposed to delete this folder or leave it alone?
I also had some files that would copy to the HDD.
Nothing is showing up at all either just the in game music.Comment
