Hey Finn! Is this not possible to do with a XCHANE 360? That is the program I have. I use a USB and it links up to a 360 mem card. Will that work or do I just need to order that cable from M$?

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
hey finn (or anyone that knows),
if i select more than one clip for an event, say a TD, will the custom music cycle thru (shuffle) the different clips so that it plays a variety? i ask because i want to know before i import the nfl films music and clips to my harddrive. btw, is there a limit to how much music the hdd will hold? there are 36 tracks i dl and i want to have access to them all at one time.
again, thanks...

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Just a little FYI for those that might need it:
all the tracks are of a locked length. ex; if you put a 6 min song on a 1 min track your only going to get 1 min of it. I found this out the hard way.
also, I ran into the problem of Xport360 stopping the transfer because of 'album art' (from WMAs I ripped from studio CDs) to cure this I had to convert WMAs to WMAs and delete the 000_ file and make a new one.
But heres a listing of each track and its length. hope it helps.

Unless you know and understand the DB format, I would not recommend editing it.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
Finn,
I found an editor online and I have a computer science background so I'm probably going to give it a hack. My thoughts are that I can copy the folder and hack around with the code given that I have the files currently executing properly on my xbox 360 and can match songs to code hopefully.
---------
Quick question, could I achieve a similar result to hacking the code by finding an xbox1, and through ftp, load all my music onto it and then extract the music folder and transfer to my xbox 360.
From what I can tell, it appears that the label and time limits associated with your files are related to the fact that you basically copied your personal music folder from your xbox1. (I assume this because of all the Tampa Bay references.)
Is this a fair assumption? Thanks!Comment

Hacking to DB file will most likely corrupt it. M$ usually signs all their files and signature is generated from the contents of the file. If the contents change, the signature will not match and the file will show up as damage.Comment

Re: 360 Users who want custom soundtracks.
If we have music already saved on our 360 HD, can we just use that as in game stadium music, or must we go through this process?
I have like 3 or 4 CD's worth of CD-Rs that I used way back in 2004 when I first added stadium music. I would love to just add those to my 360 HD and I could re-use most of those tracks and add new ones as I see fit.Comment
