I downloaded the roster, worked fine. Took the files, put them in the folder on my hard drive, no problem. But when I load up the game, the roster isn't there to load up... and then I go back to the computer, load it up and the roster folder is there... not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have win7, and I'm using modio(does this matter)

Modio sees the folders and everything just fine, so I know it got dropped into the required folder because I load it back up and its there,

Go back and read page 1 the opening post nothing said about Modio there.

So are the methods for getting updated rosters different on the 360 slim? If so, can someone show me how?

i have a transfer cable, but xport does not find it when i run it....am i doing something wrong?

Are you sure the Xport 360 program is running?

figured it out...if u can't drag the file to xport or xplorer turn off ur user account settings and it will work! no more Madden for meee!!!!

no. go to Microsoft 360 website. they have the one for the Xbox 360 slim there. I would post a link but i got a error message saying I needed 5 or more post before I could put links. Just go to xbox dot com and look under accessories and it should be under cables & networking. Hope this helps

For those asking how to get the rosters on the 360 Slim, the steps are all exactly the same as posted in the OP, all that's different is the data-transfer cable.

I found my cable at Best Buy in the Xbox 360 accessories. It will look just like the original DTC, but it is black instead of gray, and it has an extra set of prongs on top (these are what connect to the Slim HDD) that the original cable does not.

What the cable looks like (Couldn't find a picture of it on Bestbuy.com):

Man.....? everything under partition 3 has dissapeared. i added folders lol myself still nothing. Dont know how i lost them. How do i get them back, or am I fuc'd?Turning off the user account isnt nessassary w/ my computer i dont think.(tried it and couldnt do it.) Please help.

If your computer is windows 7 or vista you will need to make the changes to the UAC, and if everything dissapeared under partition 3 try saving ingame first.

My cpu got a internet explore security virus and some how while removing the virus everything in my partion 3 popped up. dont know what i did but thanks for you guys help.Rosters are good too.

Guys,

I have followed these instructions TO A TEE, but it DOESN'T work.

First off, I have Windows 7, and no matter what I do, it will not recognize my transfer cable HDD connection when I try to use Xport 360.

So, what I have to do is log on through modio and I can access xplorer 360.

From there I do this:
Part 3 - compatible files - Xbox1- udata - 53450

Then I download the roster (s) and get to the udata - 53450 part.

First thing is I couldn't drag and drop. Even after altering the settings. So what I had to do is drag the file onto the desktop, then from there I was able to drag them into the xplorer.

I see the files on the xplorer and they supposedly are loaded onto my HDD. I'm psyched, everything is great, and once I load my HDD back onto my 360, I will be able to play...RIGHT???

WRONG. No where on the HDD are ANY of the roster files, franchise files, ANYTHING that I just moved onto the HDD via XPLORER from the NFL2k5 Roster files website.

Even going into settings - storage - Games and Apps - ESPN2k5 on my xbox 360, I don't even see any of the files I downloaded (obviously they wouldn't be there if they weren't on the game). The only saves I see are my STUPID VIP save (really getting sick of seeing that), and any other roster or game save I had.

At this point I have saved a franchise, rosters, and historic rosters and nothing i save do I see the 2k5 files on once I load them on my HDD.

Does anyone have any idea why this keeps happening?? Am I am complete moron? I have been trying 1,000 ways to get around this since yesterday (going on 15 hours of trial and errors) and nothing.

What the heck am I doing wrong, cause I really starting to think that this whole 2k5 rosters stuff is a sham.
