Im 17 and i generally try to stick to the realism side, at least when it comes to gameplay itself. I run probably 65% of the time, and this might not make "the highlight reel" it still allows me to win games. Sometimes i will have an insane running game at least in ncaa 2004 and get like 300 yards rushing, but generally i try to play realistically.

what diff does it make if someone decides to play their game so it is super easy and they get inflated stats? if they find that fun then so be it. they aren't forcing you or anyone else to play the way they do. I don't get why someone would want that but I also don't get the people who shoot their load over getting destroyed in the game and saying it is "real". I just don't understand htf losing 45-3 and having a record of like 4-12 can be fun but it is to some people.

some people who want realism in football actually just go out and play the sport. they leave the vid games to give them stuff that is super human like.

I for one just want games that play well, "realism" or not. Do i prefer having a realistic playing game? yes. is it the only way I can have fun wiht the game? no. take last night. i was playing madden 2004 (all pro level) and I rushed for 214 yards on 12 carries &amp; 3 rushing TDs with vick in addition to the 234 yards passing he had. did I set out to have a rushing game like that with him? No. i was getting rusahed like a mamajamma so I was scrambling and found empty spots on the field. I didn't get pissed off that he did that. I was just shocked he could have that good a game and the defense could be that lousy. In fact, through 8 games he has 760 yards rushing thus far!

I'm with you, MSU. I'll be 17 next month, and it boggles my mind why some people play like that. But hey, it's their game. It does bother me when someone I'm playing with does that.
