I would buy 5 copies just to support 2k. 2k should start a kick starter and I would be a huge contributor.

Won't happen... Only chance we have is if Madden losses the license... Let's all hope for that instead... 2K Sports noticed their sales were horrible with APF2K8 so they pretty much knew not to go that route again... Now if only the took the route as Backbreaker did when it comes to customization... I am pretty sure their sales would be much better and a ton of people would still be playing the game... But I am sure that one day, 2K Sports will be back in football... I hope very soon lol.

Of course I want this. Customization is very important to me. I don't even care about the NFL license. I have more fun creating my own players/draft classes than I do using real NFL players.

I would love if we had a quality game to give competition to EA. I am just not expecting 2k to jump back into it. The guys that worked on 2k5 and 2k8 have all moved on to other projects with other companies. I just do not see it happening from 2k, as much as I would want it to happen.

                        SIGNED!

I would pay $100 for a 2K Football game with multi-season and online depth and customization.

i could care less about the license...just give me gameplay and a career/franchise mode and i'm all good.
if they could only release a franchise patch for all pro

Them moving on to other projects is definitely a given, and the extremely long lay off seems to be the argument that I hear from most fans for why 2K most likely wouldn't get back into the football video game business.

If 2K already has the blueprint (NFL 2k, All Pro 2K), why couldn't they? The blueprint is simply software program codes, are they not? Take All Pro, get rid of legends, randomize fictional names, body statistics, throw in a multiple ongoing season, franchise mode, revamp the graphics, put something out for the PS4/XB1.

Or get some type of kickstater going, I'll throw in $500-$1000 to the pool.

I'll sign, but I'll be honest:
Does anybody think this will change anything? I mean, we're talking a few OS'ers vs the NFL giant and EA.

Does anyone think NFL reps will see this little petition and rethink the license deal? Not a chance...

But again, I'll sign, just to see where this goes.

for me, it does not matter if this changes things with EA, but if the 2k team gets inspired to do another game because of petitions like this then it's mission accomplished.
