Some of you are crazy with the gold players. Gold doesn't mean the guy owns a lot of gold in real life, IE Cromartie. I say you bump it to 90+ in Madden or use profootballfocus.com It's not perfect but at least we wouldn't have guys ranked gold because of name recognition or fan favorite status. The OP said gold should be gold on any team.

What? Why punish Devin for Lovie and Jerry's ignorance? That's the only reason he's went "dry". Those idiots pretty much handicapped the greatest return man in the history of the GAME and did it just to justify his salary.

Hopefully they put him back where he belongs before his prime years are through.

I think it should be more like this :

Offense: Frank Gore, Vernon Davis, Joe Staley, Michael Crabtree
Defense: Aubrayo Franklin, Patrick Willis, Justin Smith, Dashon Goldson

Nate Clements was injured for the whole season and when he played, he got smoked by Sidney Rice and Roddy White. Goldson is the better player.

Crabtree gets in just because he played without training camp or preseason, and had the highest rookie yards and catches per game average.

Guys, I'm working on this. I want to get this done as soon as possible, but I don't want crappy logos. I'm working on the Bengals now, and the logo is very tough...

I need to learn this editor better, it's powerful but for some types of tasks it's not very flexible.

Considering you can't choose who are the gold players on your team, I'm not sure how this is going to be accomplished.

A lot of playing around. And you're not going to get all players accurate. It's not perfect and some people will freak out about certain ratings, but it's the best any of us can do.

Manning, Jacobs, Smith are not Golds
Tuck, Snee are

Smith was Top 10 in a number of categories (receptions, yards, receiving first downs), and Eli was Top 10 in yards and touchdowns, and 11th in QB rating.

Jacobs can go either way.
