Five teams are in. I'm finding it a bit tough to get the rosters down pat. Takes up to ten tries to get quality players in the positions that I want, and even then, some players are going to be overpowered that shouldn't be, and some will be underpowered. There's really no easy way around this. Logos are also very tough (I tackled some of the harder ones already) but I'm learning the system pretty well.

Sorry no screens, I'll post tonight after work. By the end of the night, I should have 10 teams done.

Defensive Strength: Balanced
Team focus: Agility
Gold Players: 3 (Offense: John Carlson [TE] | Defense: Lofa Tatupu [MLB] | Earl Thomas [FS])

Notes:
O-Strength: Can't say we have one lol but I'll say balanced because of the ZBS/West Coast w/2 TE sets.

D-Strength: Could also be Blitzing b/c of the Leo/Elephant backer but balanced might be more accurate

Focus: I'd say agility b/c of the ZBS.

Gold Players: You could even go with zero. Tatupu is a gold easily when healthy, Thomas is a bit of wishful thinking. Fringe guys that you could also use are Aaron Curry [OLB] was horrible last year but is supposedly having a great offseason and is a much better fit in the new defense. David Hawthorne [OLB] moved from MLB last year where he had 117 tackles in 11 games started after Tatupu got hurt. He's probably the most eligible guy that's not on the list. TJ Houshmandzadeh [WR] Ranks first in receptions (294), 11th in yards (3,128), tied for sixth in touchdowns (25) and fourth in first downs (179) since 2006, but was bad last year. Brandon Mebane [DT] one of the best pass rushing DTs but was moved to three-tech last year and wasn't as productive, moved back this year. Josh Wilson [CB] one of the top 3 nickels but just an above average corner.


EDIT: Olindo Mare [K] and John Ryan [P] are perhaps top 3 and top 5 in their positions.

Here's the teams I've done. I've sort of set aside roster editing for the time being. I think when all teams are done, I'll go back and do those.

Also, I might go back and touch up the logos, as I feel like I'm getting better as I go along (Bengals one is pretty rough actually).

I'm hoping by Wednesday, although that might be tough. I'm trying to do 4-5 teams a day. It's just time consuming trying to get the logos right, and even then I need to perfect them later. The rosters are a whole project of their own, so I probably won't get it done until next week to be honest. I'm spending almost all of my free time doing this, so bear with me

I'll probably make the file available in this thread when it's done for 360 users.

Some of these gold players are ridiculous. I haven't even heard of half the players listed for the 49ers.

I'll talk about the Giants since I know them. Eli and Smith definitely deserve gold, considering what kind of talent they play with (no other very good receivers, terrible defense blowing games). Jacobs probably will never return to the way he was. He's already in his late 20's, getting banged up too often, and doesn't take enough carries to do much damage. He might have had one 50+ rush this year.

Tuck and Umenyiora are the two big questions. Osi's play last year was atrocious, but he came off of a season-long injury. This season will tell whether or not he'll ever be as good again. Tuck's entire season was ruined by that piece of crap who calls himself Flozell Adams. If Tuck hadn't been kicked in the shin during week 2, he would have been Pro Bowl again.

I've gotten a million times better at this since I've started, you can tell that after the Ravens logo, they're mostly spot on.

Need to fix/touch up: Patriots, Ravens, Bengals (just going to stick with the 'B' logo), Vikings, Eagles, Colts, Dolphins, Jets, Raiders.

Need to do: Bills, Browns, Texans, Jaguars, Panthers, Lions, Broncos, Redskins, Rams, Cardinals.

Rosters: I'm hoping to bang out the rosters in one night once the teams are created. They won't be perfect, but I'll make sure the elite players are truly elite.
