Backbreaker PC Editor 1.3 (6/13 Update)

Here is the first version of the editor. Some things are not implemented but this version will at least allow you to edit player ratings.

    Some things you can do:

Global edit: If you are familiar with my other editors you will be right at home with this. For those that aren't, I will try to post an explanation of the feature later.

Import/Export Teams: This allows you to export any team from a game save. You can later overwrite a team in a different game save with the exported team by importing into that save. During import, the active team will be replaced with the team in the import file completely. All players, logos etc.. will be changed.

    Some Limitations:

This works for XBOX 360 gamesaves only.

It ONLY works for "MY TEAMS" saves. It does NOT work for RTBB or Season mode saves at this time. Hopeful to add that some time this week.

You still MUST resign/rehash the gamesave after saving it in the Editor in order for it to load in game. I don't have the ability to add resigning/rehashing to the editor like I did for my xbox/ps2 gamesave editors. You can use any resigner you feel comfortable with. I used Modio for my testing with no problems.

Since this is the first release, I suggest you make backup copies of your saves before editing them just in case.

    Enjoy,
    Finn

EDIT: If you find any bugs or have any problems, just let me know and I will see what I can do.

EDIT2: Zip file was corrupted on upload. Investigating now...

EDIT 6-13-2010 6:31 PM EST: Uploaded new setup (1.3). Allows you to change whether a player is Gold, Silver, or Bronze.

EDIT: 9-10-2010 4:00 PM EST: Hopefully Importing Teams is fixed so that the correct Teams should up after import when playing a game.

Added Import Team (Players Only) so you Import just the players of an exported team, leaving your logos etc.. intact.

Add All Players Team so all the players in the save are visible at a time. Good for seeing all the Golds/Silvers/Bronzes etc... are just seeing who is rated the highest in the save in any given rating.

Incredibly impressive. Thanks for your hard work.

Looking forward to hearing others impressions as I only have a PS3.

I still write my editors in Delphi since I have a vast library of custom components I have built over the years for previous editors.

If they can patch this game up, then you indeed have saved the game's replay values

Re-added installer to the first post. Just extract the zip and run the setup program it contains.

I wish I could remember how to do this.

Can someone post a short "How to" guide? Then maybe Finn can update his OP with a link to the post.

PS3 files are encrypted and haven't been cracked. In addition, I am unsure if the resigning of PS3 files is even possible at this time.

                              Sorry,
