You can talk all the **** you want about Brett, but I guy that plays football the same day his dad died, gets my respect. That man cared about his team and letting them down and the fans. That was a big game to win for the Packs. And he went out there and won it for them. I wish he would trust his arm less, but you take the bad with the good. I love this move if it happens.

I am joking, but I am still happy we get him. He can make our team better you wait and see. This guys played with Pain his whole career he will be fine.

At this point, depending on Brett's hate for the Packers, I really wouldn't be shocked.

Remember, we are talking about the ultimate drama queen, and that would be the ultimate press move.

In fact, not only would I not be shocked, I'd say it's probably likely.

You gotta remember though...he may be a Viking this year but next year, different story. He may be going in as a Cowboy, 49er, Ram, Bill, Brown, etc. You never know who Favre is going to ruin next year.

I'm a monsta Packer fan and Favre fan. The Packers come first in my book though. But, I'm pretty much speechless. Slap in the face to his diehard fans. I will always be a fan of him when it is all said and done. But, just like Nick Barnett said though, when he puts on that purple he is officially an enemy. Being from Minnesota its going to be crushing to see a Minnesota fan rocking a Viking Favre jersey. After all the stuff they said about him and his family...oh my. I'm going to rage folks. haha j/p
Just gotta remember he contributed to the Packers getting a ring.
and there is no way Minnesota is going to be getting a ring with "CHILLY" as HC, no matter who they have on that team.

Guys the NFL doesn't put players in a "uniform" so to speak. The closest thing to that is a painting which I believe isn't up for display it's only a bust so we're arguing semantics here.

So Favre is really gonna do this? I sure as hell hope the Packers destroy the Vikes in super humiliating fashion each time they meet this year. I have no doubt that this move will backfire on Minny and they won't even come CLOSE to a SB.

Darren Sharper told the press he's 100% sure Favre will come back because he wants to play the Pack twice a year and stick it to the GM. Talk about hanging Brett out to dry in this whole mess...

I still hate the move and I still think almost all the Vikings fans are to hard on TJackson. I mean every team would love to get a QB like Flaco and Ryan that is good right off the bat but that isn't how it always works. In the NFL, they lost the work with a player to get him beter strategy. Its all about, go out and do something. We wont wait until you develop or learn. We will just bench you and say your a problem. I think TJackson has huge potential still and showed it last year. But all people want to look at is the first 2 games he had 4 INT, but 2 droped TD passes that may of made him 2INT-2TD. Yes he choked in the Philly game but you got to realize that:
#1-It was the Philly Def.
#2-His first playoff game.
#3-We have the 2 TE set Offense of Idiot.
Getting Favre really sucks, always hated him and ALWAYS thought he was severely overated. I still dont see how chucking it deep, preying and having your reciever do a awsome catch has anything to do with the QB at all. The dude could hardly throw the ball 40 yards at the end of last year. I have never wished this on anyone before but I hope he gets a career ending injury that will prevent him for ever coming back.

LMFAO! at a Viking fan saying this! Do you remember 1998-2003 and how great your qbs were? Strong arms who threw it up a mile high and a mile long and let Moss go get it?

Beyond that, Bretts weakest part of his game is thowing the deep ball up and out for the receiver to make a play on it. He has always been best by putting a ball on a line. The only play I can even remember that worked as you described is the Walker catch against the Raiders when his dad died.
