Why did he wait so long? ... I bet EA comes out with DLC for $10.

Re: Brett Favre=Mr. Overrated (Now officially back)
QBs with a higher QB rating than Favre last season:
Seneca Wallace
Shaun Hill
Trent Edwards
Jeff Garcia
David Garrard
Minnesota, with their defense and AP, needed a QB who can effectively manage a ball-control offense and not turn the ball over. Favre is not that guy and Minnesota doesn't have what Favre needed to be effective even in his prime - great WRs who can make plays on balls thrown up for grabs.Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.

He's taken the practice field! The ESPN "Brett" camera even has exclusive footage of his physical.
"Look to the left and cough" (Camera zooming in)!- The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.Comment

Re: Brett Favre=Mr. Overrated (Now officially back)
Knowing how physical the NFC North can be at times I bet Favre breaks down by Week 9.
I'm telling you Favre's ego has ruined the image he had carefully crafted for so many years in Green Bay.
Oh and the GB/MIN games are going to be touted like Ali/Frazier was back in the day. It's going to be sickening.Last edited by SPTO; 08-18-2009, 02:23 PM.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Can't say I blame him, but these charades need to stop. Just should've been honest from the start.
Has anyone tarnished a legacy more than Brett by hanging on too long? Along with his actions (i.e. going to the Vikes)? Can't think of one off the top of my head. Jordan's Wizards days come to mind but that in no way tarnished his legacy. I wonder how long it will take cheeseheads to forgive him....

As for Cheeseheads? I think they won't forgive him until he's 6 feet under.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
