it has nothing to do with the Saints. They just love NOLA. Same thing with people from New York and (for some reason) Los Angeles.

Moved away there due to circumstances out of my hands right now and I absolutely loved it there.

That too. I don't see how it's an explanation for why they're Saints fans. Plus there are a lot of people that live and grew up in a certain city that aren't even fans of their hometown team.
