Maybe not over. This from Jason La Canfora of NFL Network:
PA statement says decision was made in the interest of certainty and planning for Brady. PA reserves rights to petition Supreme Court.

Re: NFL Off Topic
I am not a Pats fan but Brady has been, and probably always will be (barring some insane unforeseen crime in the future) my favorite player ever. I dunno why but I just love that guy.
This whole thing has dragged on so damn long. I don't even wanna know how much money was spent on both sides in legal fees. Let it go Champ, let it go (Rocky II, holla).
Pats are gonna be fine. 2-2 at worst while he is out."Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: NFL Off Topic
It also really depends on what defense we get this year. The mood is very upbeat and positive right now but we saw how that turned out after last preseason. I am not going to automatically assume this is going to be some big crowning victory for the Bills. In a perfect world they'll be 2-1 coming into that game.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: NFL Off Topic
Open question - does anyone come out of #DeflateGate looking better than they did before they started? Certainly not:
* Tom Brady, Bill Belicheck, and the Patriots, who - deserved or not - will continue to have to fight the "cheaters" reputation until all the familiar faces are gone
* Roger Goodell and the NFL, who look power-hungry and egomaniacal to the detriment of the league
* DeMaurice Smith and the NFL Players Association, who agreed to such a terrible CBA to allow this whole mess to happen

Re: NFL Off Topic
Definite L then.
We can't beat Belichick on a week's prep, let alone a week and a half. Preparing for disappointment. A win would be huge though. So tired of chalking up 2 L's every season.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds
