Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
I don't think the fantasy Draft would ever happen. It would pretty much alter the course of every teams' team building process, they would have to write up new contracts for every player and Wipe every teams Salary cap. Would just be a big mess.
However I do think it would be interesting to see who teams value as the most valuable players in the league, and then going on into the 2nd tier. You would imagine the Star QBs would run off the board first, the Rodgers, Brady, Manning... and then probably the Elite Defensive players mostly Front 7, and Freakish Athletes would go next, JJ Watt, Aldon Smith, Darrelle Revis, Calvin Johnson. Adrian Peterson would probably go somewhere in the middle of the first round, I think he's the only Running Back teams would be willing to start their franchises around.
It's one of those what-if, fantasy land type scenarios that you think about.Last edited by Feared; 02-02-2013, 12:50 PM.Minnesota Vikings

Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
I see we have our overreact goggles on today...
In other news
Cruz and holding out may become best friends soon
Mara says he's bugging
Cruz says try me
To be honest, I dont give a damn if he is resigned or not. Leaning on the let him walk side. We cant afford anything especially a Cruz 50 mil contract.Last edited by kingkilla56; 02-02-2013, 02:22 PM.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
That's what I don't understand about what he's saying. I think it's obvious that no owner/GM/coach, especially on a winning franchise, would agree to just hit the reset button. (OK, maybe the Jets would.) Then the players not wanting to leave, etc. etc. It's something that could never happen.
BUT he didn't say it was going too, just that it'd be cool. Some guys are overreacting to one simple "well, that'd be cool" statement and taking it seriously. Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
Larry Allen, Jonathan Ogden, Cris Carter, Bill Parcells, Warren Sapp, Dave Robinson, & Curley Culp to the HoF. The last two are the senior inductees.
Andre Reed, Jerome Bettis, Michael Strahan, Charles Haley, & Aeneas Williams were the other 5 finalists. Tim Brown didn't make the top 10.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
It's about time Carter made it in.
I'm also glad to see Sapp, Ogden and Allen get in on their first tries, they all deserved it.--

Re: NFL Off Topic 2012
I'm a little surprised at Sapp being a first ballot guy as well.
DAMNIT, well maybe Reed will get in next year I hope.
The thing i'm most happy for is seeing Bill Parcells make it in. He's far and away my favorite head coach ever. (apart from Marv Levy) I can't quite verbalize why I like him so much. I just think he was a great motivator and a guy who didn't take ish from anybody. He's a guy that players would hate during their playing days but grow to like and respect once they're out of the game which is what i've often heard about Vince Lombardi. Anywho, Parcells' induction speech should be very entertaining to listen to.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

How in the world was Pagano 2nd when he was barely there?Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment
