You never know. The video can't be used in court so Kraft is legally safe BUT it could still be leaked and then.....You know, all the public backlash and such.

Just like the number of ****s people give about this. Which is exactly what I predicted when this all first happened.

Benefits of having a really good lawyer and police being stupid.

There is a video showing you did it, but no one can see it. I guess you have an expectation of privacy when committing crimes per this judge.

The judge said the exact opposite, the issue is that they violated the privacy of people who were not committing crimes so the whole video gets thrown out.

Good. You cannot commit crimes against innocent people in your pursuit of criminals.

Everyone had tunnel vision: there’s video! He’s done! That video basically doesn’t exist now, even if physically it does. Completely botched. This is not getting off on a technicality.

Whole case has folded quicker than an over caffeinated origami artist. Shoutout to 2k5.

Love how they literally said the big issue here is what they did to the people not committing a misdemeanor and the “well it pays to be a rich old guy!!” takes are still rolling in. All people care about here is what happens to Kraft.

Maybe. A lesser lawyer or public defender may not have pushed that angle. But that would be a failing by that lawyer or defender, not this guy buying his way out of a crime. Incompetence and influence should not be confused, that’s where the takes are getting it wrong.

They made it easy for him.
