With the NBA suspending the season, you'd think the NFL would have to look at the draft now next month no?

With the rumors the Las Vegas draft was going to be the largest attended and one of Vegas' largest events ever, I'm certain the NFL has been closely monitoring the situation.

Not trying to make light of the situation, but maybe the NFL should conduct the Draft the way it did when ESPN first started covering it. It could be held in a room with very few non-essential employees.

With technology today, you can still do facetime interviews with the drafted players. Maybe even eliminate filling out draft cards by having an app or some kind of messaging system.

It has little chance to be one of Vegas' largest events ever, but there was one local rumor that the extra temp cell towers to boost capacity have been cancelled.

I certainly don't think it goes off as currently planned.

It depends on what happens at the beginning of April. Right now everything is canceled or on hold until April. Colleges and schools have spring break and then online classes with planned normal activities starting back in April.

It will all depend on if the exposure expands greatly or if it is contained mostly to the current areas. Also giving researchers a few weeks to further develop treatments may help greatly.

The NFL has cancelled all draftee facility visits. Call w/ teams today to discuss COVID-19 stuff.

Changes to Draft and other things could be more clear after today, maybe.

Now that's the kind of news that's especially fun to have with nothing else to talk about in sports.

                        Expanded playoff as well.

This past season under that format we'd have Chiefs vs Steelers and Packers vs Rams.

and an 18-game season is purely Canadian.

NFL says player safety is a chief concern.

...so it increases the number of games.

                            Mmmk.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Legal question as I'm generally not knowledgeable in this area - what is the potential fallout of Russell Okung's recently-filed complaint to the NLRB about how the NFLPA handled the collective bargaining agreement vote?

Specifically: does the universe of possible outcomes falling from the complaint contain the remote possibility that yesterday's ratifying voting event could be nullified, and we start all over?
