Josh Gordon has pled guilty to DWI in Raleigh, NC.

Per Breer that's an automatic 2 game suspension under the new policy.

Edit: lol if true. Why would he think there'd be no punishment at all?

Per source, Josh Gordon pleaded guilty to DUI charges because the new two-game suspension is not retroactive. He won't be suspended for it.

E2: per other tweets, new policy has a cutoff date that things must be resolved to avoid suspension, under current policy the expected punishment is a fine.

Can anyone explain ESPN saying that CBS removed a Rihanna song being fall-out from the Ray Rice incident other than that she was abused and stayed in the relationship for a period of time?

Just more ESPN being ESPN or am I missing something?

More than ESPN is saying this was the reason. With the current climate, they don't really want someone who was involved in a very public domestic abuse situation to invite more negative attention as people will refer to it just because.

They only wanted to pull the song for this past Thursday, but Rihanna wasn't happy about it and they decided to just terminate it all together.

CBS claims they only pulled it initially because it was too light hearted compared to their other content that night. I'd agree too I think she's over reacting
