I'd cheer him if I was there. Not a question in my mind. I've gotten to the point where I can appreciate what he did for the organization, even if I don't like how it ended with him and I loathed him when he was in Minnesota.

Beating him twice helps. As does him not getting that last Super Bowl ring he wanted so bad while in Minnesota.

Smart move by the Packers. Also, any Packer "fan" that boos Farve on that day should take a step back and really think of what he did in GB

I agree, but there's always going to be a segment of fans that'll hate him to their dying day.

Favre is a disgrace to the game for how he held the team hostage and all his other shenanigan trash over the last 5 years of his career, regardless of what he did on the field as a Packer. If I was a Green Bay fan, I don't think I'd ever get over that, even though it's so difficult to ignore the Super Bowl win, appearance, and everything else. I'd also think that if there were no Aaron Rodgers, I might feel differently.

I don't think I'd "boo" though. I'm not the booing type when it comes to live events. I'd probably just stand silently.

I have no problem with Carve. He was an annoyance later in his career but that's all. It's not like he was putting up money to injure people or anything.

Really? By that logic Emmitt Smith and Drew Brees are probably disgraces to the game too, huh? Geez, you're going to make me defend Favre. I can think if a couple other reasons on why someone would say he was to a disgrace to the game, but not the fact that he wasn't sure if he wanted to walk away from the game or not.

I'm not the biggest Favre fan and think he's grossly overrated, but you still can't deny what he did for the town and team. It's almost the same as Brees, minus the Katrina help. How the hell do you "try" and ignore a superbowl win? That's the point of playing the game. He took the team to highest point in the league.

Emmitt Smith and Drew Brees didn't/haven't done anything NEAR what Favre did. I'm not even sure what could merit even bringing them up in comparison to Favre's year-in, year-out hostage taking.

I don't forgive easily. Sorry, that's just me. Aaron Rodgers winning my team a Super Bowl so recently and in such style after the yearly Favre debacle (and subsequent debacles with other teams).....man, that puts him into the rear-view mirror quickly.

Not sure if this was posted yet but apparently Titus Young WR has been barred from Lions OTA's after a fight with FS Louis Delmas. I'm not a Lions fan but I felt like this kid was an extremely good prospect and should have overcome N. Burleson for the #2 spot. Apparently Delmas wasn't banned from OTA's so whatever happened Young was the instigator.

On another note let's not put Drew Brees and Brett Farve in the same sentence. I know the Saints are having some problems this year but theres only so much a man can take.
