Ahhhhh.....I'm gonna have to wait on that Elliott story. I really like the kid from what i've seen of him. It'd be sad to see that he's screwed himself so early on in his professional career. It sounds a little fishy though.



R.I.P. Dennis Green not only was he a very productive head coach in the NFL but he was one of the early black coaches hired at the NCAA Div. 1 level. (Actually I think he was the first?) and he paved the way for Stanford to regain its luster before Walsh took over. I always enjoyed Green on the sidelines and he gave Randall Cunningham a chance to come back to the game when everyone thought he was washed up.

I don't think this is just going to disappear on its own.

She bruised herself up? That will have to be proven.

She'll get hush money in the end unless they prove she did it to herself.

And no..not for a second do I believe he picked her up by the arms and threw her across the room like The Incredible Hulk.

Eh. We don't know all of the facts but we do know that there are witnesses that say nothing happened and presumably there are no witnesses that say something did happen.

We also know that the police did not see enough to cause them to arrest him. Usually, at least in Texas, it only takes her word to warrant an arrest (there doesn't even have to be any marks "he grabbed me and it hurt" is enough). Generally, something would have to be amiss for them to decide to not arrest him.

Also, from the Tweet above, there may be evidence that she texted him with some sort of threat to do something like this.

IF all of the above is true, it is not unreasonable to think that this will go away without a payout.

Zeke prolly curls 120 in each arm. Don't doubt he could fling her across a room with little effort. Just a matter of if he did.

Those texts are the key. If she texted him "I'll hurt myself if you leave me" and then she now has pictures of bruises...then I would think reasonable doubt would enter one's mind

Remember the burden is on her to show he did it. Not him to show he didn't.

The legal standard is different than the public standard.
