Not a bad return for ATL, though it is essentially an early 3rd. Sanu has next year left on his contract.

I really want to enjoy the NFL...but the absolutely poor quality of officiating, QB play, and coaching has made it hard to watch. Does anyone really expect anyone except the Patriots to come out of the AFC? It almost feels pointless to follow...

The NFL wanted to be a passing league...so it did...

        It changed the rules.

        It changed the punishments.

        It changed the mentality.

        The result? Unattractive play.

More Penalties has led to more penalties.

The salary cap has led to a lot of turnover and lack of continuity.

The league did not seem to realize, however, that not every HC/OC is talented enough to implement the kind of game they wanted, and that not every QB is talented enough to execute it.

          + record revenue [emoji51]

But it does seem the opinion of the game being hard to watch is becoming more prevalent. I agree. The constant flags are exhausting for the viewer.

The 2019 Patriots have a higher point differential through their first 7 games (+175) than the 16-0 2007 Patriots had (+159), which even after you adjust for their pathetically easy schedule is still pretty ridiculous.

Emmanuel Sanders and a 5th to SF for a 3rd and 4th. Very curious to see how he does in SF, hopefully he provides another reliable, consistent target in the passing game next to Kittle.

Kerryon going the way of Jahvid Best, but it’s the knees instead of the concussions.

Damn.... I forgot all about Best. Cal RB, right? If that's the guy I'm thinking of I thought his cfb highlights were better than Beast Mode's highlights.

                        Happy with the Sanders trade.

The NFC is wide open; might as well take a run at it.

I'm happy for him as well. He was great on and off the field. He will be missed in Denver as he did so much for the community.

Happy to see him get another chance.

Apparently there was a riff that no one will talk about between him and Elway (just popped up) but either way, sounds like a good thing for both sides and I will be rooting for him.

Yep. I mostly remember him as the guy that got hit so hard, he puked on the field.

The Falcons should folded from the league for trading a talented player to the Patriots ESPECIALLY after what happened in the Super. Bowl.

                              When will these teams learn.
