Kinda expecting that to be the case, unless their talk of drafting other players spooks someone into trying to trade up ahead of Jags/Raiders. Don't really see a trade happening though. We'll see if any hysteria develops over a top pick or two come combine time.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
I don't think many would be surprised if the Chiefs took Geno Smith, especially now that Reid is there and his love for mobile quarterbacks.--
Have you ever wanted to coach or play basketball at the next level, but something prevented you from achieving that dream? Fret no more. Ask me about SimWorld Hoops to see how you can create your virtual self, and follow your path from the prep-level to the pros.

I feel like people have this impression that Geno is in the RG3 mold or something. He's more like Andrew Luck or Aaron Rodgers. He can run, but he doesn't really do it unless he absolutely has to.NFL: Bills

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
But 1 thing to think about for Chiefs is that Andy Reid loves to draft lineman and likes to trade up or down(don't think they can/will trade #1 pick). So Joeckel & Star should be in the equation as with GenoComment

Te'o actually reminds me a lot of James Laurinaitis in terms of play-style and skill.Ohio State Buckeyes | Carolina Panthers | Charlotte Hornets | Cincinnati RedsComment

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
Te'o wasn't that bad against the run in College. If you run at him, you'll have success, but if you run outside it fits well into his talents. He is very good at pursuing the ball carrier. I think his tackling is better than most think too. I know he was horrible against Bama, but I won't judge him off one game yet.
It's hard to judge how kids will pan out at the next level. I can definitely see him having the most success in coverage though. All that said I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole if I had a pick in the top 10. I really hope he doesn't go that high and have to live up to that.Indianapolis Colts

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
I would love the Vikings to get Keenan Allen if he falls that far. Tall and fast receiver that the Vikings need. While I like Simpsons potential he isnt working out. Draft Allen, place Percy in the slot then alternate Simpson and Wright as the third receiver. Not only that he could return Punts and/or maybe give Percy some rest on Kick Returns.
This is Ponders make it or break it year. With Adrian Peterson in the backfield and Allen(If we draft him), Harvin, Wright, Simpson and Rudolph as receivers there's no excuse for him not to succeed.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
Most mocks I've seen have them taking either Joeckel or Milliner. A few have them picking one of the DE but are the Eagles really needy for a pass rusher? I remember them picking Fletcher Cox and Graham recently.SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
