Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
I hope Geno slips so the Jets can draft him, hopefully the Cards don't take him, either.
The Jets should look into Jarvis Jones too, he is a beast..
Jets should also look into Tyrann Mathieu and trade Cromartie, a win-win because Mathieu is a really good player, he just needs to get his act straight...
Mathieu and Revis in a few years is nothing but OP.PS3 gamer Tag: Jeff82775Comment

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
As per your first point, refer to the Washington Redskins 2011 draft. They picked Griffin III and Kirk Cousins. For a team like the Cardinals that is only a signal caller away from competing for their division, taking two Quarterbacks wouldn't be the most foolish of choices. You double your odds of getting it right, and you can always trade one later.
As for the Panthers, their defense was amazing down the stretch. The only thing their unit is missing is big bodies in the middle. Carolina could have an elite unit if it added two of the stud defensive tackles in this deep class of them. Once again, I don't think it was that foolish a pick.Comment

Well, Geno Smith to the Chiefs is almost guarenteed not to happen now. The Chiefs are almost done with a deal that will bring in Alex Smith.--

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion
I posted this in the Jets team thread but this draft below for the Jets would make me happy:
1st round- OLB Dion Jordan, Oregon
2nd round- OG Jonathan Cooper, UNC
3rd round- S Johnathan Cyprien, FIU
4th round- QB EJ Manuel, Florida State
5th round- RB Christine Michael, Texas A&M
6th round- CB Darius Slay, Mississippi State
7th round- TE Michael Willams, Alabama
If Dion Jordan isn't there at 9, trade down.
I also don't think Jonathan Cooper will be there in the early second round. The rest of them I would think they'll be around where I slotted them.
Thoughts?Comment
