Ehh I don't think Werner is Justin Smith, think he has a lot more potential as a pass rusher then that imo

Maybe I'm wrong because I've only seen about 6 49ers games the last two years, but it was my understanding Justin Smith draws all of the double teams for exactly this reason freeing up Aldon Smith and crew to do what they do.

Their pass rush in the NFC Champ seemed non-existent compared to normal and I personally was contributing that to Smith's injury and not needing to double team him. I could very well be wrong and maybe one of our full time 9ers fans can correct me.

As far as sleepers Brandon Jenkins could be a nice pass rusher after the 1st round.

Yeah, he's definately more of a pure pass rusher than Smith. He's really strong against the run as well though.

Him and Damontre Moore are my 2 favorite defensive linemen in this class.

              Re: 2013 NFL Draft Discussion

Oh god, I hope Vikings don't draft a WR in the 1st Rnd, and if you want to know why its because I look at Justin Blackmon and he's a good WR but it'll take him a few years before he is a top calliner WR right now he's average. So I hope the Vikings...
              #1- Resign Harvin!
God id be mad if we lost him
#2- Get A WR From FA
Dwayne Bowe, Mike Wallace, or Greg Jennings
#3- Start Doing End Arounds And Fake Runs to JARIUS WRIGHT, hes fast!!!
              This would make me happy

I Hope this happens to out present WR's

              1. Percy Harvin Sign For A 4-7 year deal
              2. Don't resign Jerome Simpson, he cant get open
              3. Do what you do with Percy harvin to jarius wright
              4. Make Greg Childs Sit Until Preseason NO PRACTICE (If he can actually LIVE to the reg. season we should be happy)
              5. Resign Aromashadoo or what his name is to a 1 year 600K deal
              6. Mike Jenkins, you can do whatever with, some games hes hot others he sucks

So when its our turn if...
Manti Te'o is still undrafted DRAFT HIM
IF a DECENT cb is still in the draft DRAFT HIM PLEASE!!!
If all else fails then draft a DT to replace Kevin Williams in a few years

Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that Percy wasn't happy with his situation in Minnesota. Man he'd be a sought after player if he doesn't resign.

Don't the Vikes need help in the interior? Maybe Sheldon Richardson or John Jenkins?

Has anyone heard about this DE on BYU Ezekiel Ansah? He's from Ghana and has loads of upside but just learned how to play football 3 years ago. Type of prospect that the Seahawks could jump on after Clemons got hurt.

The Saints switching to a 3-4 now adds a lot more unknown, it was probably a given they were going D in the 1st anyways but I think most thought a 4-3 DE if there.

They'll need to add another pass rusher at OLB to go with Galette/Wilson, and Idk how they plan to handle the front 3. Hicks/Bunkley/Jordan may very well be what they plan, but they may decide they need to target a NT. Then you know there's that secondary thing.

And he ran a 10.91 100m dash two years ago, probably while at 6-5, 240.

I think they need to go after the best WR available. You cant have the box always stacked

Percy should get alot of attention, but his only problems is the headaches he gets alot.

I think JJ is more of a 3-4 NT than anything. I think Richardson might rise up in the 1st rd.

I ve seen comparisons to JPP because of his athleticism. Hawks do need more pass rushers. It was obvious in the Falcons. Irvin is good, but his is a liability on rushing plays.

I think he would benefit from going to a team with already good rushers on team or a great DL coach to team him.

Yeah, Percy is mad no one knows why because you have to admit, were going to utilize him WAY more than the Packers or some other team would, and if Percy goes to the Seahawks im going to be extremely mad cause then they have BOTH of our best WRs in the last couple of years. The only problem if the Seahawks were to sign him is they'd be risking alot, because he has never made it through a full season out of his 4 years, kinda like Sidney Rice although i think he had 1 full season. So what I think will happen is Percy will sign for a 1 year deal and if he goes without injury then other teams will pounce and him and he'll be gone.

About the interior lineman, yes we could use one but it's not even close to top priority.
Heres a list I made of all of the things we need in order
                            1. CB
                            2. WR
                            3. LB

I don't think the Seahawks would jump on him because he's essentially a better Golden Tate with injury problems. There are some very receiver hungry teams that would pay big money to have his big play ability though.

So what corners in this draft are a good fit for Minnesota? They should take a look at Desmond Trufant from Washington. He had a great Senior Bowl and will likely be a late 2nd early 3rd round pick. Or they could just go get Revis
