If he committed this crime, it's because he's a horrible person not because he's an "entitled athlete".

We don't hear about a doctor because most doctors aren't famous. This is a national story because he's a well known person, not specifically an athlete.

I don't know what's going to happen, but it's crazy to think that there is a very real chance the Pats don't have Welker, Hernandez, and Gronk on the field this year. That certainly changes the complexion of that team and will really make #12 earn it.

Agreed at this point its just a matter of time. They probably couldn't arrest him because they cant prove that he actually broke his security system or smashed his phone. But there is plenty of evidence putting him with the deceased prior to his death and him walking in the house after the neighbors heard gunshots. While I don't think he actually did it I strongly have to believe he knows exactly what happened and is playing a part in the cover up that has ensued which in time will put him in a jail cell. At this point he isn't gonna snitch until the walls are closing in on him and he has no other option other than ample time in prison. I personally believe that they were all drunk started playing with a gun and it went off and killed him. I think they panicked and tried to cover it up by placing his body a mile away. Could be wrong but there will be a point of no return for Hernandez.

I don't think they were playing games and accidentally shot someone in the back of the head execution style while he was on his knees a mile away from Hernandez' house in an industrial field or whatever it was.

Two things we know for certain:

          1) This was not an accident.
          2) Hernandez has something to hide. This should be obvious.

It looks like Hernandez runs with the wrong crowd. It's totally possible Hernandez wasn't the trigger man but it's almost guaranteed if it wasn't him, it was one of his boys he was with.

I think that's the most likely scenario. Hernandez was out with his thug friends. Some altercation happened, probably over drugs or something, and Hernandez' boy shot the guy in the back of the head execution style. Hernandez probably freaked out and tried to cover things up so he wouldn't be implicated as someone that was involved and his homeboy wouldn't get implicated either.

While this is obvious, so far there isn't any hard proof or he would be in jail. Without proof, they won't be able to get any convictions.

I think Aaron knows "something" but to what extent I have no idea. This is what I do think though.

If he winds up on trial because he did it = he's stupid (throw your NFL career away for keeping it real)

If he winds up on trial because he's protecting someone = he's extra stupid (throw away your NFL career for keeping it real)

Aaron Hernandez = When keeping it real goes wrong.

Amazing that he hired a cleaning service to come in and basically wipe down the house and the police could just stand there helplessly and watch. Unreal.

Well they didn't have a warrant at that time I don't think and even if they were to go and get one by the time they did the cleaning people would've finished up.

Hahaha... I see what you did there.. "filthy" HAHA. Seriously though, this makes me wonder what Aaron Keepin it Real Hernandez's financial situation is going to look like after all of this. I mean it's not like he signed some 20 million dollar shoe deal with nike, or is the face of Under Armour and I believe he's still on his rookie contract? (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't think hes exactly balling like a Tom Brady. Especially after taxes, his agent's more than likely 10-15% etc. With that said, if he's guilty of anything (even the obstruction thing), his NFL career is probably going to be done due to obstruction of justice of a MURDER (this isnt Pacman slappin some hoes and punching some dudes at a strip club).

His lawyers are going to get their money win or loose... soooo.. again.. this dude just looks like an idiot. I guess you can take some people out of the hood, but you cant take the hood out of some people.

It's ok, though, he's "representin" lol

Oh I understand the law, it's just that the police had to sit there and potentially watch their case be wiped away. Has to have been very hard to stomach. I suspect in the end he basically gets away with it.

Again, the obstruction of justice charge right now is nothing. How can the police prove that he destroyed evidence? Is it illegal to destroy your own property? Nope, so they have to prove that there was something on those items. Without someone talking, I don't see how he can be convicted.
