    Sign him????

Before today I thought he was going to be serving some time for being somehow involved. Now it looks like he was behind everything and may have been the trigger man.

    It just keeps getting worse.

Playing in the NFL again will never happen for him since he will most likely spend the rest of his life in jail.

I mean, he went from having everything he could ever want to probably not even being able to walk outside again.

He trade a mansion and whatever lifestyle he wanted for a small jail cell.

I realize the trial hasn't happened but he was most definitely involved and will serve serious time.

        - The victim texted his sister at around 3:15 am stating he was with Hernandez
        - Overnight workers at the industrial park heard shots around 3:25 am.
        - Hernandez is seen returning home with a gun in hand on his surveillance camera.
        - Victim's body is found 1 mile from Hernandez' house by a vehicle that Hernandez rented.
        - Hernandez' Vehicle has bullet casings in it.
        - Hernadez proceeds to destroy his phone and his surveillance system.
        - Hernandez hires a professional cleaning crew to clean his house....

Innocent until proven guilty????? LMAO. Really?

What do you need? A video of the actual shooting? Regardless if Hernandez pulled the trigger or not, he is going to jail for a very long time. He obviously played a huge role in this.
I just read that Hernandez spit out his gum at the crime scene. There is video of him purchasing the exact gum at a gas station right before the murder.

So now I found out he is leaving his DNA behind as well....The cops should just look in his glove box for the murder weapon.

Seriously, what am I going to read next? He shot a youtube video of the murder and posted it?

How stupid can one person be? I keep thinking the evidence can't get any worse against him and I continue to be wrong.

At first I thought he might get like 20 years or something for being there. I never imagined he would have been the trigger man. Now it looks that way. Wow.

Your 23, rich, have all that you want, and catch passes from Tom Brady for a living. Way to trade all of that for a jail cell because some guy was talking about things....

People get away with murder every day.

However, if guilty, the method Hernandez used to commit this particular murder isn't recommended if you don't want to get caught. Directly contacting the victim several times throughout the day, picking said victim up directly at his house, etc. This wasn't thought out very well at all.

In any event, I don't understand why (if Hernandez did it) he had to kill the guy? If Hernandez was that pissed at this guy, why didn't he just beat the **** out of him or something? Hernandez is a big dude and he had two of his boys with him. Just rough him up a bit and be done with it.

Tattoos, money, and contact sports make you invincible guys. Seriously, Hernandez is as dumb as they come, innocent or guilty.

It seems like another case of a young, priveleged, rich athlete really believing he is invincible and can get away with anything. Sad.

Just thinking aloud but wonder if someone brings up the football players concussion issues. Maybe saying his brain was damaged and he wasn't right in the head? I dunno...

I'm sure we will see/hear more of this, but maybe we'll find out this all went badly/got out of hand. Maybe Hernandez and his posse just planned on scaring/threatening the victim and then it got confrontational and got out of hand. I mean, seriously, if they intended to kill him all along...why do it the way they did?

That's kind of how I feel about it. Maybe they were just going to beat him down or something and he mouthed off or put up too much of a fight so they killed him in the heat of the moment. I mean, nobody can be THAT stupid, can they? On second thought, don't answer that.

That's what I'm thinking...I just read the timeline and it's mind boggling to think anyone would commit murder in this way. If it was pre-meditated it shows how above the law they/he thought they were. It also makes me wonder why we don't see arrests for the other two guys who were with him yet.

Reading the timeline I get the impression that the LE does...he was texting/calling them and the calls/texts were traced. They have to know who's phones those were. It's odd that we haven't heard a thing about these two guys.
